Dustin Rhodes and QT Marshall got a big win thanks to the Freak Beast, and they’re teaming together again to see if they can repeat that magic! Will Comoroto prove he can do big things for the Nightmare Family?
The teams sort out and The Natural starts against Tony Vincita. They circle, fans rally up and the two tie up. Dustin headlocks, Vincita powers out but Dustin runs him over. Things speed up, Dustin fakes out Vincita’s hurdle to ROCK him with an uppercut! Dustin then arm-drags Vincita and brings him around to wrench. Tag to QT, the Nightmares whip, body shot and knee smash! Standing moonsault from QT, cover, TWO! QT drags Vincita up and around, bumps him off buckles, and tags in Comoroto. Comoroto wrenches Vincita, yanks the arm, and then yanks again. Comoroto rams shoulders into Vincita, and fans rally as Comoroto knuckle locks.
Comoroto lifts Vincita with one arm, then lets him down to run him over! Comoroto brings Vincita up again, whpis him in and throws an elbow! Tag to Dustin, Comoroto whips Dustin for Dustin to whip Comoroto, and Comoroto corner splashes! Comoroto feeds Vincita to Dustin’s spinning powerslam! Cover, TWO! Dustin keeps his cool, drags Vincita up but Vincita knees low! Tag to Steve Gibki but he runs into an arm-drag! Dustin wrenches, elbow breakers, then tags QT. The Nightmares double wrench and double Russian leg sweep! QT brings Gibki up but Gibki rams QT into the other corner! Morales tags in, throws forearms on QT, then brings QT around to throw haymakers.
Morales whips, QT reverses but Morales goes up and over and rolls to dropkick QT! Morales brings QT back, tags Gibki and Gibki fires off. Gibki tags Vincita, and Jersey Muscle whips QT. QT dodges their double clotheslines to then give double clotheslines! QT tags in Comoroto and Comoroto rallies on Jersey Muscle with Polish Hammers! Comoroto scoops and slams Gibki, then scoop slams Vincita, then another scoop slam for Gibki! Vincita staggers into a scoop and a SPINNING SLAM! Fans fire up for Comoroto but Morales tags in. Morales runs at Comoroto and dropkicks him, but Comoroto barely budges! Comoroto TOSSES Morales at Jersey Muscle!
Comoroto drags Morales back up, tags in Dustin and Dustin goes up. Comoroto military presses Morales for Dustin’s SUPER BULLDOG! Cover, Comoroto and the Nightmares win!

Another week, another test to see if Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian still have it as a tag team! Will Big Shotty & The Extra Talented make The Addiction quit before ever reaching the AEW World Tag Team titles?
The teams sort out and Daniels starts with Johnson. Fans rally up as Daniels pats Johnson on the shoulder and the two circle. They tie up, Johnson arm-drags and then waits on Daniels. Daniels gets up, circles with Johnson again and they tie up again. Johnson scoops and slams Daniels, but Daniels is right up. Fans rally more as the two circle again. Daniels and Johnson tie up a third time, Johnson headlocks, but Daniels powers out. Things speed up, Daniels arm-drags and hip tosses, then scoops and slams Johnson! Daniels brings Johnson up, wrenches, tags in Kaz, and SCU double wrench to trip Johnson up for a kick, a clubbing clothesline and double stomps!
Kaz keeps on Johnson with a scoop but Johnson slips out and tags Solow. Solow takes his time getting in to slow things down, and he circle with the Heavy Metal Rebel. They fist bump to show respect, tie up, and Kaz gets around to waistlock and mat slam Solow. Kaz shifts to a facelock, Solow moves around but Kaz holds on. Solow fights up to his feet, wrenches out to hammerlock, but Kaz drops to arm-drag Solow over. Kaz keeps on the arm, fans rally up, and Solow fights up to his feet again. Solow pushes the hold back onto Kaz, but Kaz reaches for ropes. Kaz uses the ropes to flip through then arm-drag Solow again! Kaz hooks Solow but Solow spins through to arm-drag Kaz away!
Kaz goes to a corner, Solow runs in, but Kaz dodges. Solow goes up and leaps to arm-drag and dropkick Kaz down! Fans fire up as Solow grins and goes after Kaz. Solow forearms, whips but Kaz dodges. Kaz holds ropes, elbows Solow then tags in Daniels. Kaz whips Solow, Daniels calf kicks Solow down, cover, TWO! Daniels drags Solow up, whips him to a corner, then runs in to forearm smash! Daniels whips Solow corner to corner, Solow boots him away, then Solow runs to RANA Daniels to the corner! Solow clotheslines, Johnson tags in and they coordinate, back suplex NECKBREAKER! Cover, TWO! Johnson keeps his cool and he brings Daniels up.
Fans rally, Johnson suplexes high and hard then covers, TWO! Johnson brings Daniels back up, tags Solow, and Solow drags Daniels up to suplex. Daniels fights that off, throws hands then suplexes but Solow slips out and shoves Daniels to ropes. Solow leaps but into Daniels’ fireman’s carry! ROLLING SENTON! Tag to Kaz, Daniels slingshots for an elbow drop! Kaz slingshots for a leg drop! Cover, TWO! Kaz keeps his cool and he drags Solow up to CHOP him back down! Kaz scoop slams Solow, springboards and drops another leg! Cover, TWO! Kaz stays between Solow and Johnson, then brings Solow up. Tag to Daniels, SCU whip and leap frog to LARIAT Solow! Back suplex splash! Daniels covers, TWO!
Daniels drags Solow up while fans rally. Solow throws body shots, but Daniels CHOPS him down! Tag to Kaz and Kaz stays between Solow and Johnson again. Kaz CHOPS Solow but Solow throws hands! Kaz CHOPS again, Solow throws another haymaker, then Solow dodges. Kaz dodges, both men run, DOUBLE CROSSBODIES! Both men are down, fans fire up, hot tags to Daniels and Johnson! Big Shotty rallies on the Fallen Angel, then DECKS Kaz! Mule kick and whip, but Daniels reverses! Johnson pops Daniels up to a fireman’s carry, spins and spins, and spins and spins, then lets Daniels down just to dropkick him! Johnson kips up and fires up! BLUE THUNDER BOMB! Cover, TWO!!
Johnson almost had Daniels with one of his favorites, but he keeps his focus as he brings Daniels up. Johnson brings Daniels up and buckle bombs him into Solow’s knees! ROLLING DEATH VALLEY! Solow DOUBLE STOMPS! Johnson covers, TWO!! The combo came close but Johnson keeps cool. Tag to Solow, he and Johnson double suplex but Daniels fights it. Solow and Johnson mug Daniels, double suplex again, but Daniels slips out and tags in Kaz! Kaz shoulders Solow, slingshots over and LARIATS Johnson! Kaz clobbers Solow with elbows and a windmill kick! Johnson falls for it and gets the GUILLOTINE LEG DROP!
Kaz whips Solow to ropes, Solow reverses but Kaz rolls off Solow’s back to BACKSTABBER! Feed to Daniels’ GAMANGIRI, Kaz GERMAN SUPLEXES! Bridging cover, TWO! Solow survives but Kaz keeps on him. Kaz reels Solow in, chicken wings and turns, but Solow shoves free. Solow runs in, is put on the apron, slingshot CUTTER! Cover, Johnson breaks it! Johnson baits Daniels in and dumps him out! Johnson builds speed and DIVES! Direct hit and Daniels hits railing! Johnson is fired up, Solow and Kaz get back up. Kaz brings Solow up but Solow rolls Kaz, TWO!!! Kaz narrowly escapes, but runs into Solow’s SCREW HIGH KICK!
Daniels gets back in, Johnson follows, but Solow throws hands on Daniels and Johnson hits Kaz. Johnson and Solow whip SCU at each other, but Daniels ducks and Kaz leaps to CLOBBER Solow! Daniels ROCKS Johnson, feeds him to Kaz for a BOOT, then the HIGH LOW combo! Solow elbows Daniels away, goes up and leaps, but into Kaz’s arms! Kaz adjusts and Daniels goes up, BEST MELTZER EVER!! Cover, SCU wins!

SCU wins and stays together as a team! But can Daniels & Kaz make it to the AEW World Tag Team Championships before losing it all?
Brian Cage w/ Hook VS Jake St. Patrick!
The Machine is preparing for his Street Fight alongside Absolute Ricky Starks against Darby Allin and Sting! Will JSP only be a speed bump for the Path of Cage?
The bell rings and JSP runs but into a FLAPJACK! Cage SUPERKICKS JSP right back down, and he fist bumps Hook. Cage drags JSP up, tosses him to a corner and runs in to uppercut, enziguri, and GERMAN SUPLEX JSP halfway across the ring! “Who betta?!” Cage slashes the throat, drags JSP up and reels him in to put on out. POWERBOMB, then a double clutch to POWERBOMB again! And a POWER BREAKER!! Then, DRILL CLAW!! Cover, Cage wins!

Anthony Bowens is singing Chris Jericho’s theme song in his sleep! The therapist asks, “What seems to be the problem?” Bowens continues to quote Judas, “What have we become? Now that we’ve betrayed everyone we’ve ever loved! We pushed them all away.” And yet, Max Caster can’t remember the lyrics. Well, the only way to get past this is to get through together. OH! Of course! Picture it: Us, together. Oh wait, this is becoming a parody of Me & My Shadow as performed by MJF and Chris Jericho. “Welcome to the Dinner Day-Bo-Nair.”

The Native Beast is back, and she’s ready for the AEW Women’s World Title Eliminator Tournament! Will she simply make an appetizer out of “Princess Alize” before feasting on the world?
The bell rings and Alize kicks Nyla then runs, wheelbarrows, but the arm-drag is denied! Nyla yanks Alize right up then INVERTED CHOKE SLAMS her! Vickie laughs but Alize dodges Nyla in the corner, only for Nyla to come back and CLOBBER her! Nyla stomps Alize, rains down rights, then runs to SPLASH! Cover, but Nyla lets off because she’s not done with Alize yet. Vickie encourages the violence and Nyla chokes Alize on the ropes! The ref counts, Nyla lets off at 4, and Vickie SLAPS Alize! Nyla drags Alize up, whips her to ropes, but Alize ducks the boot to throw forearms! Alize runs, rolls and ranas but Nyla blocks!
Alize fights out of the bomb to dodge and duck and dropkick a leg out! Alize blows a kiss to run, into a scoop and TOSS! Nyla throws the gloves away to run in and back elbow Alize, then CLOBBER her again! Nyla finally decides to finish this as she brings Alize up for a BEAST BOMB!! Cover, Nyla wins!

The Bastard and his team could not overcome the #BizCliz, but that doesn’t intimidate him, it motivates him! Will he use The Visionary to show him his path back to Kenny Omega and perhaps even the AEW World Championship?
The bell rings and Pac doesn’t seem to take VSK seriously. VSK and Pac tie up, Pac puts VSK in a corner and grinds his forearms into him. The ref counts, Pac lets off and VSK comes out. They circle, tie up, and Pac wrenches to yank on VSK’s arm. Pac drags VSK down, keylocks and cranks on the arm. VSK endures, fights up but Pac wrenches the arm again to a wristlock. VSK rolls, handsprings, wrenches through and has the wristlock now. Pac rolls, shifts, wrenches, and drags VSK down to the mat. Pac stomps VSK on the head, then brings VSK up to bump him off buckles! VSK staggers, Pac bumps him off more buckles, then digs his boot into VSK!
The ref counts, Pac lets off at 4, then he stalks VSK along the ropes. Pac kicks VSK down then stomps away at the ropes! Pac digs his boots into VSK again, the ref counts and Pac stops at 4. Pac “apologizes” and he gives toying kicks. VSK staggers to a corner, fans rally, and Pac runs in to whip VSK corner to corner hard! Pac paces while VSK sits up. Pac kicks VSK around, taunts him, then kicks him again. VSK scowls but Pac kicks him again. VSK throws a forearm, so Pac gets around to waistlock! VSK elbows out, slips under and dropkicks Pac to ropes! Pac is pissed now, but he runs into a fireman’s carry and USHIGOROSHI! VSK runs to basement EuroUpper! Cover, ONE!!
VSK fires up, runs corner to corner, but into a BOOT! Pac drags VSK into the BRUTALIZER!! VSK taps, Pac wins!

Sonny Kiss w/ Joey Janela VS KC Navarro!
The Concrete Rose is rolling from how he, Joey Janela and Bear Country dominated last week. Will the road trip to the top continue? Or will the Truly Blessed by an unfortunate speed bump?
As Kiss goes to the ring, Janela goes over to commentary to say, “That’s one of the most succulent asses in the business!” Janela may have spit into Ricky Starks’ mouth from getting that close on his mic… The Bad Boy clearly puts getting the word out over basic hygiene. The bell rings and Kiss circles with Navarro. They tie up but break, then go again. Navarro waistlocks, Kiss switches but Navarro switches back. Kiss reaches down but Navarro leap frogs over. Navarro springboards, Kiss gets under, Navarro rolls but Kiss hurdles. Navarro rolls off Kiss’ back, Kiss blocks the kick to flip then trip Navarro! Leg drop but Navarro avoids it!
Kiss ducks the Penalty Kick, rolls Navarro up again, TWO! Kiss basement dropkicks Navarro down and now hits the leg drop splits! Cover, TWO! Fans rally up while Navarro gets to a corner. Kiss storms over, whips Navarro corner to corner but Navarro reverses. Kiss goes up and out and ROUNDHOUSES Navarro. Kiss then shoulders in, slingshots to sunset flip, TWO! SUPERKICK! Fans fire up after Kiss blasts Navarro. Kiss twerks, only to miss the standing moonsasult! Navarro hurries to hammer away then wrap on the sleeper. Kiss fights up, as Navarro as a backpack and rams him into buckles! Kiss ROCKS Navarro with a back elbow, then ROCKS him with a rolling elbow!
Kiss runs but Navarro dodges, goes Spider-Man and baits Kiss into ropes! Navarro runs and hits a swinging dropkick! Navarro runs back in, tilt-o-whirls to TORNADO DDT! Cover, TWO! Kiss survives and Navarro grows annoyed. Fans rally up, Navarro aims, and runs at Kiss again, into a SUPERKICK! Kiss reels Navarro in for a sidewalk slam into the corner! Kiss hits AXES & OH’S! Fans fire up as Kiss goes up top, but rethinks his plan. Kiss fireman’s carries instead, to hit a SPLITTING TKO! Cover, Kiss wins!

Tay Conti VS Alex Gracia!
Both the Brazilian blackbelt and Number 99 are in the AEW Women’s World Title Eliminator, so they might face each other soon enough. Will Tay use the Pink Dream as a way to send a message to both enemies and friends?
The bell rings and Conti offers a handshake. Gracia takes the hand, but then Conti brings her in to wrench and wristlock. Gracia knuckle locks with Conti, but Conti uses that to monkey flip and roll back to a cover! TWO, but Conti has Gracia into a facelock. Gracia gets up, Conti holds tight but Gracia wrenches out. Conti counters to a hip toss, then wrenches to KICK Gracia in the chest! Conti blows a kiss for another KICK! Gracia ducks the third kick, rolls Conti, TWO! Conti gets around, waistlocks, rolls Gracia down and has a HEEL HOOK! Gracia endures, Conti pulls on the leg, but they roll and roll into ropes! They roll more and fall off the apron!
Both women stagger up after that rough landing, but Conti pushes Gracia into the ring. Gracia hobbles, Conti hurries after but Gracia ROCKS her with that right! Conti is on ropes, Gracia builds speed, PINK-1-9! Cover, TWO! Gracia keeps on Conti with a full nelson and leans on the hold. Fans rally, Conti fights up, and breaks free to slips around and hammerlock then DDT!! Gracia shakes out the cobwebs, Conti brings her up, Gracia kicks but Conti blocks to KNEE her back! Conti throws forearms over and over, Gracia shoves her away but Conti CLOBBERS her! Conti rallies with clotheslines then HEEL KICKS Gracia down!
Conti whips Gracia to a corner, runs in and KNEES her again! Kenny Omega would be proud of that one! Conti whips, Gracia reverses but Conti breaks free to BOOT Gracia! Conti wrenches, wraps Gracia up, leg half nelson chinlock! Gracia taps, Conti wins!

Marko Stunt VS Ryan Nemeth!
It seems FTR let Fun-Sized go. Surely Stunt will want payback, but will he send a message to Tully, Cash and Dax through the Hollywood Hunk?
Nemeth gets the mic to “address the elephant in the room right now.” He gets the feeling a lot of people in AEW don’t like him. They don’t like that he’s smart, that he’s handsome, or that he’s famous. They don’t like that he’s known around the world, in TV and film, and is a true Hollywood Hunk. Just get the booing out of your systems now. Fans do, but Nemeth says if the people searched within their hearts and minds, they can see they actually like and adore him. Everyone at ringside, in the back and watching online should all say, “I Love Ryan! We All Love Ryan!” Nemeth thanks us, but then Stunt makes his entrance.
The bell rings, Stunt circles with Nemeth, but Nemeth wants Stunt to say he loves Ryan. Stunt just TAIL WHIPS him! Stunt’s learned some stuff from Luchasaurus! Nemeth wants a time out on the apron but Stunt shoves him off! Stunt then runs and DIVES! Direct hit and then Stunt goes after Nemeth with hammering hands! Stunt shoves Nemeth in the ring, fans fire up, and Stunt gets in. Stunt avoids Nemeth’s elbow drop, to then slingshot elbow drop in return! Cover, TWO! Nemeth staggers up and Stunt runs in at the corner. Nemeth dodges, but then so does Stunt! Stunt ducks to ROCK Nemeth, slingshot roll up and a calf kick! Cover, TWO!
Stunt fires himself up, then goes to a corner and climbs up. Nemeth hurries and trips Stunt up! Stunt flops to the mat, Nemeth brings him up, stalling back suplex with a HARD landing! Nemeth drops a fist, then grins as he looms over Stunt. Nemeth brings Stunt around to hammerlock an arm. Fans chant, “We Hate Ryan!” but Nemeth handstands on the hammerlock, then drops knees on it! Nemeth claws Stunt’s face, the ref counts and Nemeth lets off. Nemeth digs Stunt’s face into the mat, but Stunt throws body shots and uppercuts! Stunt runs into a dropkick! Cover, TWO! Nemeth is annoyed and rains down fists, then brings Stunt up.
Nemeth whips corner to corner hard, then swivels the hips before he runs in and RAMS into Stunt! Nemeth brings Stunt around, swivels a little more, and then a little more, and then again, but Stunt turns the Rude Awakening into a mule kick! But here comes FTR! Or, no, it’s just their music? Nemeth RAMS Stunt into the buckles, RUDE AWAKENING! Cover, Nemeth wins!!

PPA has a new friend in the Brazilian V8 after Bononi physically blasted Big Shotty for winning the Walk-Off. Will Avalon and Bononi prove to be a combination that is both strong and stylish?
The teams sort out and Avalon flexes on Bravo, but Bononi starts. Bononi and Bravo circle, tie up, and Bononi shoves Bravo right to a corner! Bravo brushes that off and circles with Bononi again. They tie up, Bravo gets around to a waistlock but Bononi throws him off! Bravo staggers up, runs in but Bononi scoops and pops Bravo up! Bravo slips off to JAB Bononi! Bravo talks some trash, Bononi choke grips him, and Avalon tags in as Bononi shoves Bravo down! Avalon has Bononi cool off and runs, into an arm-drag! And then another! Bravo hip tosses Avalon then dropkicks him down! Bravo covers, TWO! Bononi was ready but Bravo drags Avalon up to wrench.
Tag to Dean, Bravo whips Avalon in and Dean kicks him! Bravo slides and trips Avalon, then goes up to slingshot leg drop! Dean slingshot elbow drops! Cover, TWO! Dean drags Avalon up, tags in Bravo, and they throw JABS back and forth on Avalon! Bop up, BANG hits! Dean DECKS Bononi for good measure, then Dean and Bravo high-fives and salute. Bravo runs at Avalon, but Bononi moves Avalon out of the way! Bravo tumbles out and hits the floor, then Bononi brings him up to CLOBBER him! Avalon fetches Bravo into the ring, covers, TWO! Avalon drags Bravo up, brings him over and Bononi tags in.
Avalon and Bononi mug Bravo, Bononi stomps a mudhole in, then lets off as the ref counts. Bononi bumps Bravo off buckles, whips him corner to corner then runs in but blocks Bravo’s boot. Bononi CHOPS Bravo, then scoops him for a DRIVER! Cover, TWO! Dean was ready but Bononi drags Bravo up. Avalon tags in, he and Bononi mug Bravo, then Avalon snap suplexes! Cover, TWO! The bell rings and Vance stares down with Baron. They approach, tie up, and are in a deadlock. They break, go again, and Vance pushes Baron to a corner. The ref counts, Vance lets off fast, and lets Baron come out. Fans rally up as Baron and Vance go again. Baron gets around to get a headlock, but Vance powers out. They collide, neither falls, and they stare down again. Things speed up, Vance hurdles but Baron rolls him up! Vance kicks him away to hit a headlock takeover, but Baron headscissors. Vance pops out, roles reverse as Baron headlock takeovers, Vance headscissors and Baron pops out. Fans rally as the two stare down again.
Baron offers a handshake, Vance hesitates, so Baron makes it a fist bump. Vance goes to return it but Baron CHOPS him! Vance sighs and then scoops Baron to SLAM him! Baron gets up and Vance BOOTS him! Baron goes to a corner, Vance brings him around to whip. Baron holds ropes then kicks back. Baron runs, but leaps into Vance’s arms! Vance FALL AWAY SLAMS! Baron staggers to a corner, Vance runs in and corner clotheslines! Vance CHOPS Baron, ROCKS him with a forearm, then lets off. Baron ROCKS Vance with a sucker punch! Baron runs corner to corner, DISCUS CLOTHESLINE! Vance fights the exploder off and CHOPS! Baron CHOPS back! Vance CHOPS!

Vance throws body shots, Baron CLUBS him then drops a knee on him! Baron stalks Vance to a corner, but Vance turns things around to fire off heavy hands! Vance CHOPS, Baron rakes eyes through the mask! The ref reprimands and counts, Baron stops. Vance ROCKS Baron with a right, whips him to ropes, but Baron reverses to knee low and pulls him into a cobra twist. Vance powers up to hip toss out! Vance swings into Baron’s atomic drop and BACKSTABBER! Cover, TWO!! Vance survives and Baron is seething while fans fire up! Baron pulls the straps down, Vance slowly gets up, and Baron scowls as he drags Vance up.
Baron throws EuroUppers but Vance staggers about. Vance isn’t going down as Baron throws more EuroUppers, but Baron says he will bow down! Vance blocks the uppercut to DECK Baron! Vance runs in, Baron gets around and scoops but Vance slips out. Vance shoves and CLOBBERS Baron! Vance whips Baron to ropes, and back drops him! Baron goes to a corner, Vance runs in, but Baron boots him! Baron runs at Vance but into the SPINEBUSTER! Vance fires up and he drags Baron around. Dead lift into the POWEBOMB! Cover, Vance wins!

The bell rings, Diamante mocks lil’ Velvet but Velvet says they’re the same height. Diamante shoves Velvet, but Velvet gets around to waistlock. Diamante switches, Velvet pries the hold and switches back. Velvet hooks a leg, Diamante stays up and switches to SLAM Velvet down! Fans boo Diamante, but Velvet dodges to dropkick Diamante down! Fans fire up as Velvet stalks Diamante to a corner for body shots. Velvet lets off as the ref counts, but then throws more hands! Velvet stomps Diamante down, digs her boot in and taunts Ivelisse, but Diamante shoves her away! Velvet rolls back to come back with another dropkick! Velvet runs, ranas, and Diamante ends up on ropes!
Velvet runs but misses the knee attack! Ivelisse is there to taunt Velvet, the ref reprimands her and Swole literally scoots over to back Ivelisse off. But in this distraction, Diamante GERMAN SUPLEXES Velvet across the ring! Diamante scowls as she stomps Velvet, drags her up and bumps her off buckles. Diamante CHOPS Velvet, throws haymakers, then whips Velvet corner to corner hard! Velvet flops down, Diamante runs in, basement dropkick! Diamante drags Velvet to a cover, TWO! Fans rally, Diamante drags Velvet up and RAMS her into the corner! Diamante rams in again and again, then throws elbows.
Diamante stomps Velvet, the ref reprimands and counts but Diamante stops at 4. Diamante runs around the world to basement dropkick but MISS! Velvet and Diamante are down as fans rally up. Velvet gets up, hobbles, but she sees Diamante coming and hits a clothesline! Velvet rallies and CLOBBERS Diamante with an elbow! Velvet stirs it up, takes a taste, and hits a standing moonsault! Cover, TWO! Velvet brings Diamante up, Diamante shoves her away then ducks the roundhouse to elbow Velvet! Diamante cravats, knees and SLICED BREAD! Cover, TWO!! Velvet survives and fans fire up but Diamante scowls.
Diamante drags Velvet up, whips but Velvet reverses. Velvet runs in to SHINING WIZARD! Velvet runs and wheelbarrows, to BULLDOG! Cover, TWO! Velvet is losing her cool but fans rally behind her. But the moment Janela is on the ramp, Evans springboards to FLYING KICK him down! The ref reprimands but this isn’t a match yet! Evans sees Janela go off the ramp, to then handspring and Sasuke Special! Janela dodges, Evans comes back but Janela pops him up to the ramp! Evans handstands to then MOONSAULT! Direct hit and down goes Janela! Evans drags Janela up, puts him in the ring, and then the bell finally rings. Evans talks trash as he climbs the corner, but Janela shoves him down! Janela climbs, fans fire up and Janela SUPER CROSSBODIES! Janela hits Evans enough, and the Bad Boy fires up!

Evans got more knee than splash but it still wasn’t enough! Evans drags Janela up, KICKS him, but Janela throws a forearm! They go back and forth, Janela throws forearms but Evans KICKS again! Janela throws more forearms, then spins for a ROLLING ELBOW! Janela runs, Evans handsprings to back elbow hard! Evans runs but Janela SPEARS him into the ropes! Janela whips Evans, Evans holds ropes and boots back! Evans is on the apron, springboards up and over but Janela comes back to SUPERKICK! Janela fires up, runs, but Evans dodges to POISON-RANA! Janela still SUPERKICKS?! Both men are down and fans are thunderous!
A standing count begins and it reaches 5 before either sits up. Evans is up first, he goes to a corner, but Janela follows. Janela ROCKS Evans and Evans stumbles to the apron. Janela hurries over but Evans ROUNDHOUSES back! Evans climbs while Janela is down, 450 ONTO KNEES! Cradle cover, TWO!! Evans survives but Janela drags him up. Evans escapes the package driver to ROUNDHOUSE again! Evans runs, but Janela follows, and he LARIATS Evans down! Fans fire up with Janela again and he drags Evans up. Janela hooks Evans up, brings him up, PACKAGE DRIVER!! Cover, TWO!?!? Evans survives and no one can believe it!
Janela goes to a corner, climbs back up, and leaps for the MACHO ELBOW! Cover, Janela wins!!

The Bad Boy waged a war with Evans and came out on top! Will Janela and the Relentless Darby Allin find a way to make this look tame by comparison?
My Thoughts:
A very good AEW Dark, and I personally was relieved that it was only 12 matches and just over 90 minutes. We got a great music video from The Acclaimed to plug their match with #Y2MJF, they are truly rising stars not just in AEW but in wrestling today. I think another rising star is Comoroto. He is a great part of the trios matches he has with the Natural Nightmares, and he even has a combo move with Dustin now with that military press to bulldog. If AEW is still working on Trios Championships, I bet Comoroto becomes an honorary Natural Nightmare to help Dustin and QT go for those.
SCU continues their string of wins in their “tag titles or bust” story, but they got a really good match out of Johnson and Solow. Cezar Bononi and Avalon had a good match of their own, and they are going to have a really good match with Johnson and Cody Rhodes. That match could go either way, because Johnson could take the pin, but so could Avalon. Maybe Shaq and Jade get in on that match to mess Cody up and that’s why he and Johnson lose. Wait, that sounds familiar… Well anyway, it’ll mostly be a way to plug the mixed tag match. Velvet VS Diamante was a good match, and I’m a little surprised Velvet won, but she’ll definitely be building momentum on her end as the underdog element of that mixed tag match.
Vance VS Baron was a very good match and I like that commentary mentioned their past from the indies. Vance has mostly been along for the ride in the Dark Order but it’d be great if he got some story and development of his own. And I liked that Stunt’s loss wasn’t just from being the smaller wrestler, but from how there is story with FTR and Jurassic Express. Though honestly, better story would’ve been if Stunt was scheduled for this match, it didn’t happen because FTR kidnapped him, and Nemeth had a match with someone else, but Dark exists in a space where it is both the same night and not the same night as Dynamite on Wednesday.
Janela VS Evans was an incredible Dark main event, that was fast and furious right from the start. Janela wins big to go into his TNT Championship match but I don’t see him winning against Darby. It is really more Darby needs to win to go strong into the AEW Revolution Street Fight. I’m sure if not for the story with Team Taz and Sting, Darby VS Janela could’ve gone either way because they’re both so wild and reckless. Maybe down the line, Janela comes back around, he and Darby relive some of that Cracker Barrel No Holds Barred match from the early days of Dynamite.

Toni Storm said herself that she and Mina Shirakawa were bonded by a bloody and tragic romance with a certain Glamour, and she only sees Willow Nightingale & Harley Cameron as a “thrown together team to fill out the bracket.” But that team not only filled out the bracket, they conquered their half to be here in the title match! Will everyone #FeelTheWrath when Willow & Harley take the gold? Or will the Love Bombs leave them out in the cold instead?
The introductions are made, the belts are raised, and we see who has what it takes to make history!
The teams sort out, Harley and Mina start, and they tie up. Mina wrenches, wristlocks, but Harley rolls and wrenches back. The fans already cheer “A E DUB!” for making this happen, and Mina rolls to arm-drag Harley! Harley comes back, Mina dodges then runs, but Harley trips her! Mina avoids the Penalty Kick and then slides under a lariat! The fans cheer as Mina shimmies and shakes, but Harley runs up! Mina drops, Harley handsprings then slips around to headlock. Mina powers up and out to send Harley to the corner. Harley headstands, then she BOOTS Mina away. Harley slips outside, rolls Mina up, but Mina rolls through!
Harley grabs Mina to REVERSE MOTORBOAT! The fans cheer, but Mina says if that’s how it’s gonna be! She chest bumps Harley, SOBATS, then whips. Harley ducks ‘n’ dodges and they DOUBLE FACEBUSTER! The fans fire up while both women crawl, hot tags to Toni and Willow! The fans really fire up as these two step up. Toni sniffs Willow, the fans fire up more, and they tie up. Willow headlocks, grinds the hold, but Toni powers up and out. The fans duel as they RAM shoulders! Willow then RUNS Toni over! Willow flexes, but Toni gets up to fire a forearm! Willow says okay, and she fires back! Toni CHOPS! Willow CHOPS!
The fans rally as the forearms go back and forth, faster and faster! Harley steps in, she waistlocks Toni, but Mina gets after Harley! The four brawl, the Babes kick low then whip, but the Love Bombs reverse! The Babes grab ropes to stop, Love Bombs run up but they’re put on the apron. Willow gives Harley a boost to DOUBLE DROPKICK the Love Bombs down! The fans fire up, and then Harley sets Toni & Mina up! Willow CANNONBALLS them both down! The fans fire up and Willow puts Toni in. Willow CLUBS Toni, tags Harley, and Harley runs to wheelbarrow and SPLASH! Cover, TWO! Toni survives and the fans fire up!
Harley bumps Toni off buckles, then CHOPS! Harley whips, Toni ducks ‘n’ dodges, and Mina helps her stop! “I love you~!” Mina helps Toni dodge, then she ROCKS Harley with a right! Toni scoops Harley for a BACKBREAKER! Toni then tags Mina, Mina brings Harley around, and she snap suplexes! Tag to Toni and Toni reels Harley in, for a snap suplex! Tag back to Mina, and Toni scoops Mina for the YOYO SPLASH! Cover, TWO! Harley toughs it out but Mina keeps her from Willow. The fans rally, Harley switches, then ducks a kick! Pump handle and BIG back suplex! Hot tag to Willow! Willow rallies with LARIAT after LARIAT!
Toni gets in, she gets a LARIAT! Then Willow fires CHOP after CHOP on Mina & Toni! The fans fire up, but Mina kicks low! The Love Bombs double whip, but Willow breaks the double lariat to DOUBLE LARIAT back! Then she POUNCES Toni! PERIOD! The fans are thunderous as Dynamite goes picture in picture.
Willow bumps Mina off buckles, winds up, and she LARIATS again and again and again! Willow stops at ten to short arm LARIAT! Cover, TWO! Willow drags Mina up, tags Harley, and they double whip Mina to ropes. They then scoop to DOUBLE BACK SUPLEX! Cover, TWO! Mina toughs it out but Harley drags her up. Harley bumps Mina off buckles, tags Willow, and Harley feeds Mina to a forearm! Harley CHOPS! Willow CHOPS! And repeat! Willow scoops Mina to SLAM! Cover, TWO! Willow keeps Mina from Toni, then winds up to ROCK her! Willow snapmares, then she wraps on body scissors to squeeze Mina!
Mina endures, reaches out, but Willow rolls her to a GEDO CLUTCH! TWO, but another roll, TWO! Another roll, and another, and another, and another! Willow rolls Mina again and again and again, finally ends back in a cover, TWO! Mina survives the spin cycle but Willow tags Harley. Harley snapmares Mina, then runs to SHINING WIZARD! Cover, TWO! You’re a wizard, Harley, but you’re not there yet! Harley clamps on with a chinlock and she grinds Mina down. Dynamite returns to single picture as Mina fights up. Mina fires elbows, Willow tags in, and Mina snapmares free. Harley dodges, sends Mina to Willow for teh FOREARM!
Willow drags Mina to a corner, bumps her off buckles, and BACK BODY BLOCKS! And LARIATS! And then she brings Mina around to whip. Mina reverses to TORNADO DDT! The fans fire up while both women crawl, hot tags to Harley and Toni! Toni DROPKICKS Harley! And DROPKICKS Willow! Mongolian Chops for everyone! Toni sends Harley into Willow, then she reels Harley in, snapmare and snapmare and DDT! The fans fire up as Toni poses, and then she does the chicken dance! Because she wants the chicken wing crossface! Willow CLUBS Toni to save Harley, but Mina tags herself in! Mina storms up, but into a kick!
Willow & Harley double whip Mina, but she reverses to send Willow away! Kick for Harley, ELBOW for Willow, then victory roll and step through! Mina then catches Willow, DDT SNAP LOCK COMBO! The fans fire up and Mina drags Harley around. Mina says it’s time, and she steps through for the FIGURE FOUR! “WOO~!” Harley endures, reaches out, but Mina thrashes the hold! Harley fights and she turns it over! But Toni tips things back in Mina’s favor! So Willow gets in and turns things back to Harley’s favor! Toni sets it back, then throws hands with Willow! Willow trips Toni, and ties her up in an INDIAN DEATHLOCK!
The fans fire up as Toni and Willow fire shots! Harley and Mina sit up to do the same! It is a brawl while in leglocks!! The fans are thunderous as the holds are undone and all four women stand. Mina and Willow throw hands now, as do Toni and Harley! Mina pulls hair, but so does Harley! They DOUBLE CHOP Willow and Toni! So Toni and Willow HEADBUTT Harley and Mina! Then they DOUBLE HEADBUTT with each other!! Harley and Mina come back, they SLINGBLADE in return!! The fans are thunderous again as all four women are down! Willow RAMS Toni into one corner, Harley RAMS Mina into the other! And they both climb up!
But Toni slips down and YANKS Willow off the corner! Willow hits buckles, then Toni goes after Harley! Toni YANKS Harley down, and Mina adjusts. The fans fire up for the FLYING SLINGBLADE! Toni then reels Harley in, STORM ZERO!! Cover, but WILLOW BREAKS IT! The fans fire up, Toni TOSSES Willow, and Toni TORNADO- NO, Willow stops the DDT to NORTHERN LIGHTS to the floor! The fans fire up with Willow, but it is Harley and Mina throwing forearms! Harley fires a flurry, hitting more chest than anything! Mina ROLLING ELBOWS, then DREAM SMASHER ELBOWS! Then a BUZZSAW! And another KICK!
Mina aims, URAKEN!! The fans are all fired up, and Mina calls her shot! Mina drags Harley up, dragon sleepers, but Harley slips up and over the driver! HER FINISHING MOVE!! Hot tag to Willow! Willow hauls Mina up, BABE WITH THE POWER BOMB!!! Cover, BABES OF WRATH WIN!!!

The bell rings, and Jack rushes Okada in the corner! Jack fires hands, RAMS Okada, but backs off as the ref counts. Jack then RAMS Okada again and again! The ref backs Jack off, but then Okada BOOTS Jack! Jack ducks ‘n’ dodges to RANA! The fans fire up, they tell off Don Callis on commentary, and Jack DIVES! Down goes Okada and the fans fire up, then Jack whips Okada into barriers! Jack drags Okada up, whips, but Okada reverses! Jack hits railing, Okada runs up, but Jack DROPKICKS in return! The fans fire up, but Jack shakes out his foot before he gets Okada in the ring. The fans fire up again and Jack covers, TWO!
The fans rally as Okada shakes out the stars. Jack hears the fans rally up, and he storms after Okada. But Okada puts him right up top! Jack BOOTS Okada first, then hops up to FLYING LARIAT! The fans rally while Jack checks his foot, and Okada waits on him. Jack slowly rises, so Okada goes out after him.
Okada drags Jack up and around, and he THROWS Jack into railing! Jack tumbles up and over into the front row! The fans boo Okada and rally for Jack, but Jack drags himself up with the railing. Okada storms up, brings Jack onto the railing, DRAPING DDT on the floor! Jack writhes and Okada grins while Dynamite goes picture in picture.
Okada “apologizes” to Jack before dragging him back up. Okada puts Jack in the ring, stalks him, but Jack fires body shots. Okada KNEES Jack low! Then he drags Jack up to turn and NECKBREAKER! Okada covers, TWO! Jack toughs it out but Okada drags him up. Okada bumps Jack off buckles, SMACKS him off them again, then “apologizes” again. Okada SMACKS Jack off the buckles again, then turns him around. Okada runs corner to corner to ELBOW Jack down! Cover, TWO! Jack is tougher than that, but Okada stalks him to a corner. Jack CHOPS Okada, then CHOPS again! And again! But Okada kicks low to DDT!
Jack writhes, Okada steps on him, and it’s a cocky cover! TWO, but Okada just stalks Jack. Dynamite returns to single picture as Okada scuffs Jack and taunts him. The fans rally for Jack and Jack stands up to fire a forearm! Okada eggs Jack on, Jack fires more shots, but Okada ROCKS him! Jack rises again, and he fires more forearms! But Okada ROCKS Jack again! The fans rally as Okada eggs Jack on, but Jack rises to fire a flurry! Okada ROCKS Jack, ROCKS him again, then BOOTS him! Okada fires more heavy shots, then UPPERCUTS! Jack flops against Okada but Okada whips him. Jack hits the COMEBACKER!
The fans fire up while Jack and Okada are both down! Okada sputters and the standing count begins. Jack rolls to the corner, Okada sits up at center, and Don Callis says Okada is smart enough to know how to use the clock to his advantage. Okada storms up, but Jack ELBOWS Okada! And ROCKS him! And CHOPS him! And repeat! Jack whips, Okada reverses, but Jack jumps up and around! GERMAN SUPLEX! The fans fire up and even Don admits that was great! Jack runs, ducks ‘n’ dodges, then SATELLITE DDTS! Cover, TWO! Okada survives but the fans rally up for Jack. Okada blocks a kick to BOOT Jack, then Alabama Lift! REVERSE NECKBREAKER!
The fans fire up again, Okada drags Jack up to scoop and SLAM! Okada goes up the corner, takes aim, and he MACHO ELBOWS! Okada then winds up, and the fans fire up for the Rainmaker MIDDLE FINGER! Okada grins and he drags Jack up. Okada ripcords, but Jack ducks to hop up! Okada slips out, shoves, and DROPKICKS! Okada gets Jack back up, ripcords again at the ten minute mark, but Jack ducks the lariat! SUPERKICK! And then POISON-RANA! Jack hurries to a corner, the fans fire up, and he runs up, GLASS JACK KNEE!! Cover, TWO!?! Okada survives and Jack is shocked, but Don admits Jack is showing the world what he’s got!

As for The Rainmaker, Callis celebrates with him, and brings out the other family members in Rocky Romero, Josh Alexander, Mark Davis, Hechicero, CLØN, and even Konosuke Takeshita, but also the bags of money they won at Full Gear. The fans boo as Callis get a mic, and he says, “I have something important to say!” The fans boo harder, but Callis wants them to sit Jack up. The Family sits Jack up, and Callis says it is okay, guys. This kid’s a businessman, stand him up.
The fans boo and cuss out Callis, but he tells Jack that that was a fantastic match! The toughest match he’s seen Okada have in a long time. There is no shame in losing to Okada, Callis has a lot of respect for Jack. And watching the match, Callis remembers how last week, he tried to give The Young Bucks a million dollars. But he kinda thinks he offered that money to the wrong talent. The fans boo more, but Callis tells Jack that he has a proposal. Jack’s always been a great talent, but he lacks focus and direction. Jack lacks a team of athletes around him to support him! Callis is offering Jack a spot in the Don Callis Family!
But even more than that, he is prepared to grant Jack a one-time-only “signing bonus,” paid out of The Bucks’ prize money! The fans boo and tell Jack, “F HIS DEAL! F HIS DEAL!” Callis says c’mon, this is a great offer! We need an answer. And in case that is still not enough, well, what is Jack waiting for? This is the best opportunity of his life! And remember, there’s seven of them and one of him. Callis will cut those strings and put Jack in a wheelchair. Jack asks for the mic, Callis hands it over, and Rocky says do the right thing and take the deal. Fans chant “NO! NO! NO!” Jack tells Callis, “I have your answer. Mascara Dorada & Alex Abrahantes even step in and say congrats, and then the Time Bombs are back to again hug and congratulate the champs. But will they be celebrating all through the holidays and even to World’s End?
Backstage interview with Eddie Kingston.
Renee is with the Mad King and says he is going to be in tonight’s main event, competing for the AEW World Championship against Samoa Joe. She feels this is the moment we’ve all been waiting for since he came back, but how is he feeling heading into the match? Eddie says nervous, but that’s good, it keeps you on your toes. But what Eddie’s really been thinking about is that the GOAT, the late Terry Funk, it is the 50th anniversary of when he won the Worlds Championship. Eddie is hoping to make Terry proud, he hopes to make Mama & Papa Kingston proud. Okay, well, now we’re getting too emotional.
Renee says that’s okay to be emotional going into this. Well, yeah, cuz you never know how many times you’re gonna have a title shot like this. Eddie is 0-2 already, you just don’t know. Eddie wants to be cool right now, doesn’t wanna crash out, just wants to get to the match. But respect. Eddie knows Joe is watching, even as he’s probably stretching and warming up with The Opps. But Joe’s in the fight of his life, dawg, Eddie ain’t going down easy. The fans cheer that! Will we also be cheering when The Mad King finally has his crowning achievement?

He notes Eddie will get his shot in the main event, but let’s now welcome out the TNT Champion, Mark Briscoe! The fans cheer as the Sussex County Chicken makes his entrance, holding up the custom title as gifted to him by Orange Cassidy. We already know that this Saturday, on a special live-from-Cardiff Collision: Winter is Coming, that title is on the line against Daniel Garcia. The fans cheer as Briscoe steps into the ring and holds up the belt again. Schiavone says yes, an early start for Collision, and Briscoe defends against Garcia of the Death Riders. Briscoe says yessir, Schiavone, it wasn’t long ago that certain individuals were saying, “Mark Briscoe can’t get it done.”
They were saying Briscoe can’t win the big one, will never be a true champion. Well, Briscoe knows the haters are still out there, but we’re here in front of the fine folks in Atlanta, Georgia, baby! The fans cheer that! Briscoe says he’s got this nice piece of shiny hardware, so what does that tell ya? Schiavone says it means Briscoe’s the champion! The fans cheer that! Briscoe then says that the doubters are out there, but he will respectfully give them a very clear and concise message: “Y’all can kiss my big white ass!” The fans cheer that! Briscoe says now, it is one thing to become a champion, but it is another to reign, and defend, and to stay a champion.
It all starts Saturday afternoon on TNT! He will defend his title against Danny Garcia in Cardiff, Wales, and- Wheeler Yuta interrupts, and says he has to stop Briscoe here before he embarrasses himself. The fans boo Yuta but Yuta says Briscoe is the epitome of low hanging fruit. Briscoe wants to be the Face of TNT, but that face has less teeth than Briscoe has children! We don’t call Briscoe “Chicken” because he’s a coward, but also because he has the mental capacity of a chicken! The fans boo and cuss out Yuta, but Yuta ignores that. Garcia says that’s a good insult, Yuta, and Garcia is sure he’s got a lot of mean and hurtful things he could say, too.
Garcia steps into the ring to stare Briscoe down, and he says he won’t say any of those insults, because he actually feels bad for Briscoe. Looking him up and down, everything about Briscoe is just sad. But what’s gonna be even sadder is when Garcia beats Briscoe on Saturday, becomes as TWO-TIME TNT Champion, and Briscoe has to figure out how to provide for his family with a broken leg. The fans boo again, but Briscoe tells “Danny Boy,” that Saturday on TNT, Garcia’s got a ass-whoopin’ coming his way. The fans cheer that! Tonight, here and now, they’re on TBS. It’d be a damn shame to deprive the viewers in Hotlanta a whoopin’ right here!
So if Garcia is feeling brave, make a move. Garcia slaps the mic away, then shoves Briscoe! Briscoe DECKS Garcia! Marina & Yuta keep Garcia from going after Briscoe again! Garcia is furious, but the fans want to “LET THEM FIGHT! LET THEM FIGHT!” Briscoe holds up the title again, will he travel across the pond and travel right back still the Face of TNT?

Kris says if Thekla wants her, she’s got her! But then she gets mugged 3v1! Kris grabs a chair! She SMACKS Skye Blue, JAMS up Julia Hart, then winds up! Thekla avoids getting squashed like the spider she is, and Kris asks what happened! Don’t they wanna fight?! The Triangle of Madness is no longer acting tough, but will Skye & Julia freeze up when they face Stat Daddy & Jamie Hayter this Saturday in Cardiff?

While Samoa Joe was the mastermind of the Full Gear screw job, The Millennial Cowboy & The Realest still owe the rest of The Opps for the betrayal and the disrespect shown since WrestleDream. And though they’re the unlikeliest of allies, could they become the most dangerous team AEW has ever seen? Or will The Wrestler & The Powerhouse show The Opps are #NeverLacking?
Well, speaking of never lacking, The Opps bring their dojo trainees with them as extra reinforcements. But then Hangman is making his entrance from the stands, not the ramp! And now Swerve’s entrance music begins, where is he going to enter from? Prince Nana is up in the stands, and he gets the chant started! “Whose House?” “SWERVE’S HOUSE!” Swerve is also coming in from the stands, and both he and Hangman are armed with those steel chains they strangled the trainees with! Shibata sends those pawns out after Hangman & Swerve, but they just get metal chain fists to the face! And STAPLES from Swerve!
The fans fire up as Swerve and Hangman each fight their way through the grunts, but now Shibata and Hobbs make their moves! Shibata struggles with Swerve over the staple gun, and one of the trainees takes the shot! Hobbs has a chair! Hangman avoids a shot, then fires off haymakers! This madness goes up higher into the crowd, then into the pavilion! Swerve sends Shibata into the wall! Then METAL FIST BODY SHOT! Hangman SMACKS Hobbs off the bar! And then he SMACKS Hobbs with the Christmas tree! Swerve CHOKES Shibata, SMACKS him off the merch table, but Hobbs then LOW BLOWS Hangman!
Hobbs does his best Stone Cold by two-fisting bears and chugging! Hobbs dumps the beer on Hangman, throws the tree away, and Shibata TOSSES Swerve over merch tables! But then Hangman scoops Hobbs! POWERSLAM through a TABLE! The fans fire up, Hangman gets himself a drink, and the fans cheer as he chugs it down. Shibata meanwhile makes Swerve take a seat, then throws hands. Shibata gets space, and he runs up to fake the dropkick and BOOT Swerve down instead! The fans boo but Shibata just soaks it up. The refs want this to get in the ring, they didn’t even officially start the match! But the fans don’t really mind while Dynamite goes picture in picture.
Shibata CLUBS Swerve, but Swerve fireman’s carries him! SNAKE EYES off the railing! Swerve drags Shibata along to go down the bleachers now. Hangman and Hobbs are dangerously close to a ledge! Swerve and Shibata return to ground level, and Swerve BOWLS Shibata into chairs! Hangman gets away from Hobbs while Swerve drags Shibata up. Swerve makes Shibata take a seat, then he throws down hands! Hangman fires off on Hobbs! The fans fire up with Swerve as he runs up on Shibata, and he CALF KICKS! Hobbs ROCKS Hangman! Swerve drags Shibata up and continues towards ringside, THROWING him over the railing!
Hobbs fires headlock punches on Hangman, but Hangman BOOTS him in return! Swerve looks under the ring, and brings out a TABLE! Hangman HAMMERS away on Hobbs, the fans count along, and Hangman goes to TEN! Swerve SMACKS Shibata off the apron, then he puts him on the table as it leans against commentary. Dynamite returns to single picture, Swerve hops up onto the railing, but Shibata kicks the legs out! The fans boo, but then Hangman grabs a chair. Hangman stalks Hobbs into the ring while Shibata BOOTS Swerve over the railing! With Hangman and Hobbs in the ring, the match finally starts!
And then the ref takes the chair from Hangman! Tornado tag doesn’t automatically mean No Disqualification! The fans boo, but Hobbs then runs up to CLOBBER Hobbs! The fans boo but Hobbs snarls. Hobbs drags Hangman up, Shibata joins in, and Hobbs SLAMS Hangman down! Shibata suplexes Hangman, then Hobbs drags Hangman up to scoop and SLAM again! Shibata drags Hangman up to suplex again! The fans boo while Hangman flounders to the corner. Hobbs drags Hangman up, he and Shibata DOUBLE SUPLEX! Shibata stomps Hangman, the fans boo, but The Opps just soak it up. Shibata KNEES Hangman, then whips him to Hobbs for the LARIAT!
Hangman sputters to the corner, Shibata sends Hobbs in for the SPLASH! Shibata runs and HYDRAULIC DROPKICK! Then a HALF HATCH! Hangman RIPCORD POWERSLAMS! The fans boo but Shibata adds a PENALTY KICK! Shibata pretends he can’t hear the fans cheering Hangman, and so the fans boo Shibata. Shibata CLUBS Hangman, stands him up, and Hobbs runs up to BODY SHOT! The fans rally for Swerve but Hobbs sets up on the apron. Nana gets on the apron?! Nana asks why they gotta do this, but Hobbs grabs Nana by the jacket! But SWERVE is back! He BOOTS Hobbs down! Hangman TOSSES Shibata!
Hangman and Swerve look to each other, and they both DIVE! They take out Hobbs and Shibata, put them both in, and then Hangman LARIATS Hobbs and himself out of the ring! Shibata fires forearms on Swerve to sit him down in the corner, then runs corner to corner, but into a HIP TOSS! And gator roll, to the suplex, but Shibata lands out! Swerve avoids the leg sweep to BOOT Shibata! Swerve puts Shibata in the corner, UPPERCUTS, then snapmares so he can go up! FALLING UPPERCUT! Swerve hits the Griddy~! The fans fire up again and Swerve aims at Shibata. “Whose House?” “SWERVE HOUSE!” But Hobbs YANKS Swerve outta the ring!
But Hangman aims at Shibata now! Hangman BOOTS Shibata, slingshots, and BUCK- NO, Shibata slips around! Hobbs is arguing with the ref, so Shibata LOW BLOWS Hangman! The fans boo but Shibata flips Hangman into an ARMBAR! But Swerve CLOBBERS Hobbs into the steps! Swerve goes up while Hangman endures, and we get KILL STOMPS on Shibata!! All four men are down and the fans are thunderous! Swerve and Hangman both stir, then rise up. The fans rally up as Hobbs returns, and it is Hangman and Swerve throwing hands back to back! Shibata and Hobbs hit back, they brawl side by side!
Hobbs runs, but Hangman and Swerve both move! Hobbs CLOBBERS Shibata! Then Hangman and Swerve ROLLING ELBOW SANDWICH! Swerve feeds Shibata to Hangman, FALL AWAY SLAM! Shibata is in place for a 450 SPLASH! Hangman kips up, he dodges Hobbs, CLUB and ROLLING FLATLINER! The fans fire up as these rivals stare down. But for all the anger they have for each other, they both look at Hobbs! Hobbs says bring it then! Hangman & Swerve slide out, and they get Hobbs off the apron! POWERBOMB down through the table!! The fans go nuts, and now Hangman aims! Slingshot, BUCKSHOT on Shibata!!
Swerve gets the last say, “Whose House?” “SWERVE’S HOUSE!” HOUSE CALL!! Cover, Hangman & Swerve win!

I’ve got Takeshita, I’ve got Okada, I’ve got Hechicero, which makes me think maybe, you two idiots should find yourselves a partner. And in Manchester, lemme get my pound of flesh and let’s go 3-on-3! My men against you and a partner, winner gets the million dollars! If you grow a set, accept.”

2025 Continental Classic Gold League: Kyle Fletcher VS “Speedball” Mike Bailey!
It is first place facing last place as The Protostar and Speedball meet in the C2! Kyle is two matches in with six points, will he be a perfect 3-0? Or will the 0-1 do-or-die situation spur Bailey on towards the biggest upset so far?
The bell rings and the fans fire up as Kyle’s tearaway pants come off. Kyle and Bailey stare down, step up, and the fans duel. Kyle and Bailey nod, circle, and then tie up. Kyle powers Bailey to the ropes, backs off as the ref counts, but then swings! Bailey dodges, but Kyle blocks the rollup! Bailey avoids the stomp, but Kyle narrowly avoids a kick! The fans cheer as Kyle goes to the ropes. Bailey and Kyle stare down again, then reset to circle. They tie up, Kyle goes for the arm, then wrenches to a wristlock. Bailey rolls, handsprings, and wrenches to wristlock, hammerlock, then headlock. Kyle back suplexes, but Bailey lands out to hit a flying takeover!
Bailey tries to make this a cover, Kyle keeps his shoulders up, but Bailey pushes through, ONE as Kyle now ghost pins Bailey! TWO, and Bailey holds the headlock for a jump up the corner! Sunset flip, TWO! Kyle bails out and he’s frustrated, but Bailey eggs him on! The fans fire up all the same, and Kyle takes his time going around the outside. Kyle wants Bailey to get back, so the ref has Bailey give Kyle space. The fans rally and duel, Kyle steps onto the apron, but Bailey storms up. Kyle stays back again, and he hears the dueling. Kyle smirks, steps back in, and circles with Bailey. Kyle kicks low, then he CLUBS Bailey down!
The fans boo but Kyle mocks the chants, “Speedball Bailey~!” Then he stomps Bailey! Fans agree they like “Both These Guys!” but Kyle still stomps Bailey again! Kyle whips, Bailey handsprings, and Bailey jumps right over the sweep! Bailey ducks ‘n’ dodges, goes up and FLYING RANAS! Kyle tumbles out, Bailey kips up, and Bailey runs to not wreck with a dropkick but FLYING RANA again! Kyle is as shocked as he is in pain, and the fans are thunderous! Bailey goes up a corner, waits for Kyle to get in, and he CROSSBODIES! But Kyle catches him! BACKBREAKER and FULL NELSON SLAM! The fans fire up again while Kyle checks his jaw.
Kyle rains down fists on Bailey, the ref reprimands about closed fists, but Kyle just grounds ‘n’ pounds! Kyle then steps off, brings Bailey up, and he scoops, but Bailey slips out! Bailey BOOTS from the corner, goes up again, and MISSILE DROPKICKS! Kyle tumbles, the fans fire up, and Bailey rises up. Bailey runs up to spin SOBAT! And AX KICK! And ROUNDHOUSE! The fans fire up again, and Bailey SHOOTING STAR FLOPS as Kyle moves! Kyle deadlifts Bailey, but Bailey knees free! Bailey runs up, Kyle dodges, but Bailey DUMPS Kyle out! Bailey then ASAI TORNILLOS! The fans fire up as Kyle goes down!
Bailey drags Kyle up, puts him in the ring, but Kyle rolls out the far side. The fans boo but Bailey pursues! Bailey runs up, but Kyle SUPERKICKS! Kyle reels Bailey in, but Bailey fights the suplex! Bailey fires body shots, and he hoists Kyle up to SLAM him on the barrier! Bailey CLUBS away on Kyle, then Bailey climbs up! But Kyle anchors Bailey’s foot! Kyle stands, scoops, and MICHINOKU DRIVER on the barriers!! The fans lose their minds while both men are down, and Dynamite goes picture in picture!
Both men writhe, their backs killing them after that rough landing on the narrow target. Kyle leaves Bailey behind to roll into the ring, so now Bailey fights the ring count. Bailey rises at 5 of 10, but he slumps against the apron. Bailey is still down at 8, but he springs back in at 9! Kyle watches from the corner, and he runs up to PENALTY KICK! Cover, TWO!! Bailey survives and Kyle is annoyed. Kyle paces around Bailey, drags him up, and TOSSES him out! Kyle goes out to reposition the steel steps! Kyle drags Bailey up, reels him in, and brings him up the steps! But Bailey fights the lift to sit Kyle down! Kyle shoves Bailey away, but Bailey LEAPS off the steps!
But Kyle catches him again! Kyle aims for the corner, but Bailey pops up to POISON-RANA to the floor!! Both men are down again and the ref hurries to check them both. They’re both okay to continue, and Kyle drags himself into the ring. Bailey follows, and Dynamite returns to single picture. Both men go to the apron again, and Kyle fires forearms! The fans rally up, and Bailey fires a forearm! They go back and forth, shot for shot, faster and faster! The fans are fired up again, then Kyle SUPERKICKS! And HALF- NO, Bailey fights the lift and he trips Kyle! Then APRON KNEE-SAULT!! The fans are thunderous again while Kyle sputters!
“This is Awesome!” as Bailey rolls into the ring. Bailey waits on Kyle as Kyle crawls back inside. Kyle staggers to the corner, and Bailey HELLUVA KICKS! Bailey puts Kyle up, Kyle fights the Flamingo! But Bailey GAMANGIRIS! Bailey goes up top, and SUPER STEINERS! Kyle lands hard, Bailey goes up, and ULTIMO- BOOTS!! Kyle hits Bailey first, then scoops to LAWN DART in the corner! Then a lift, LAST RIDE POWERBOMB!! Cover, TWO?!? Bailey survives and shocks everyone! Kyle hurries to get Bailey back up, but his own back fails him! The fans are thunderous for “A E DUB! A E DUB!” and Kyle roars!
Kyle stomps away on Bailey’s head and back! Kyle hobbles, but he snarls and brings Bailey back up. Bailey breaks free to CHOP! Bailey drops to a knee, Kyle brushes himself off, and Kyle CHOPS! Kyle eggs Bailey on, and fans again ignore the time limit as they hope these two “FIGHT FOREVER!” Bailey CHOPS! Kyle CHOPS! The fans rally up, and Bailey winds up, to CHOP! Kyle sputters and staggers and the fans are loving this! Bailey puts his hands back to dare Kyle to go again! Kyle SUPER- NO, Bailey swats that kick! Kyle avoids the thrust kick, swats the foot down, then BOOTS Bailey! SNAP HALF ‘N’ HALF!
Kyle runs, but into a COLLISION COURSE!! Cover, TWO!! Kyle escapes, but Bailey runs up, PENALTY- NO! Kyle avoids the kick! And he avoids the moonsault! But Bailey escapes the lift! Then he slips around, crucifix to sunset, but Kyle rolls through to deadlift with both hands! Five minute warning! RAN- NO! Kyle stops the rana, lifts again, but Bailey RANAS through!! Cover, TWO!!! Kyle gets free, but PENALTY KICK! STANDING KNEE-SAULT!! The fans are thunderous and Bailey winds up, to BUZZSAW!! Cover, TWO!!! The fans are electric as Bailey winds up again. Kyle stands, into the TIME ADVENTURE!!! Cover, TWO?!?!?
Kyle survives Bailey’s best shot and no one can believe it! Bailey sees Kyle go to the corner, and he runs in, spin and- SUPERKICK from Kyle! Bailey flounders away, Kyle runs up, but into a THRUST KICK! Bailey spins, HEEL KICK! And he resets, DREAMCAST KICK in the corner! Kyle falls, Bailey climbs, ULTIMO WEAPON!!! Cover, TWO!?!?!? HOW?!?! Kyle has survived Bailey’s entire arsenal and Atlanta is erupting! Kyle flops out of the ring, Bailey takes aim from the apron, and he ULTIMO WEAPONS but only gets floor!!! Kyle hauls Bailey up, APRON POWERBOMB!! And then Kyle gets Bailey in the ring, GAMANGIRI in the corner!!
Then the SHEER DROP BRAINBUSTER!!! Cover, TWO?!?!?!? Now BAILEY shocks the world! Atlanta is on their feet as time is running out! Kyle puts Bailey up top, climbs after him, but Bailey SUPER SUNSET FLIP POWERBOMBS!! But Kyle rolls through?! But Bailey rolls that back, TWO!?!?! Kyle swings, Bailey blocks! Bailey swings, Kyle blocks! They both swing and ROCK each other! Kyle guzels, Bailey breaks free, but Kyle LARIATS through! And then another suplex, but Bailey wrenches free! Bailey straitjackets Kyle, but Kyle BACKDROPS, only for Bailey to sunset flip! Last minute, BAILEY WINS!?!?!?

Literally a victory at the last minute! Kevin Knight rushes out here to celebrate with his friend and teammate this massive upset win over one of the best in the block! Kyle himself is absolutely stunned, but anything can happen in the C2! Will Speedball somehow make the comeback of the year? Or can Kyle course correct and still hit the mark?
Backstage interview with Hangman Page.
Renee is with the Cowboy, and notes that tonight, it seems like Hell has frozen over as Hangman teamed with Swerve and won. What is next for him? What is next for Hangman is the thing that has always been “next” for him: The All Elite Wrestling Men’s World Championship. Joe, Eddie, Hangman will be watching the main event. But regardless of who leaves the champion tonight, at World’s End, Hangman is coming for them, and he is coming for HIS world championship. Then just who will The Cowboy be aiming for? We’re about to find out as that main event is moments away!
The Young Bucks speak.
Matt says, “So I guess it’s official then. Next week in Manchester, Don Callis Family VS The Young Bucks in Trios action, for ALL the money. The only problem is, uh, we need a partner.” Nick asks, “What do you say, big man? Huh?” Luchasaurus is there, and he thinks about it. He shakes his head and says, “Uh-uh.” Because he points to the door of KENNY OMEGA! Well, alright, good point. The Bucks knock on the door, Kenny answers, and he asks what’s up. They ask about doing this trios thing one more time. One more time? Well, there’s a lot of money on the line… Kenny says yeah, that is a lot of money.
But Kenny isn’t gonna do this for the money. This is about Don Callis and his “family,” so he’ll do it for free. Simple as that: The Elite VS The Don Callis Family, all the money on the line. So tune in, be there or be square. Kenny will bid you adieu and all that stuff. Until we meet in Manchester, goodbye, MWAH, and good, night, BANG! THE Elite, THE THE Elite, will ride again! But will they ride off into a Manchester sunset with both money and satisfaction? Or will The Jackal have everything he wants and more?
AEW World Championship: Samoa Joe w/ Hook VS Eddie Kingston!
It is the moment of truth! The Samoan Submission Machine doesn’t care about the man he was in everyone’s eyes, he only cares about being the man on top of the mountain. But will Joe stay at the peak through this harsh Winter? Or will The Mad King send him toppling back to the bottom?
The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see which king reigns in AEW!
The bell rings, the two circle, and they feel things out with testing kicks and jabs. The fans all rally behind Eddie as he and Joe tie up. Joe digs his wrist into Eddie’s face, puts him in the corner, but Eddie turns it around. The ref counts, Eddie backs off cleanly and the fans applaud. Joe and Eddie reset, circle, and feel things out again. They tie up collar ‘n’ elbow, Eddie headlocks, but Joe powers up and out. The fans cheer Eddie but Hook trips him up! The fans boo and Eddie protests, but the ref says he’s got this. The ref EJECTS the Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil! The fans cheer and Hook storms off in a huff.
Eddie and Joe reset while the fans cheer “Hey hey hey, goodbye~!” Joe and Eddie tie up again, Eddie headlocks, but Joe powers up. Eddie holds on tight so Joe can’t power out! Joe fights up again, powers up and SAIDOS! Eddie tumbles to ropes and is already dazed from that throw. Joe waits on Eddie to stand, and then JABS him down! And JABS again! And JABS again! And again and again and again! Joe ELBOWS Eddie down, then stalks him to ropes. Joe bumps Eddie off buckles, but Eddie fires a body shot! Joe KNEES Eddie low, CLUBS away on Eddie’s neck, then stops as the ref counts. Joe whips corner to corner, but Eddie reverses to KNEE low!
Eddie then runs and BULLDOGS Joe down! The fans fire up as Eddie shakes out his arm and stalks Joe to a corner. Eddie snarls and fights through the pain while Dynamite goes picture in picture.
Eddie storms up on Joe to CHOP! And CHOP! Eddie then cravats Joe, Joe endures, but Eddie puts on more pressure. Joe fights up but Eddie fires knees! Eddie then point-blank LARIATS Joe down! Eddie goes to a corner, but he comes back to clamp onto Joe with a neck wrench! Joe backs up to the ROPEBREAK! Eddie lets go quickly, and he brings Joe up to put him in the corner. Eddie RAMS Joe again and again, then CHOPS! Joe walks it off, then comes back to CHOP Eddie! Eddie CHPOS again! Joe CHOPS again! Eddie staggers to the ropes, but he nods and comes back to CHOP! Joe CHOPS again! The CHOPS go back and forth!
Eddie staggers, that last one got him up high. Joe brings Eddie around to fire forearms, then UPPERCUTS! Joe runs, but Eddie CHOPS him down! Now Joe is stinging from that one! Eddie shakes out his arms, then stalks Joe to a corner. Eddie clamps onto Joe, then throws down hands, Eddie CHOPS, Joe CHOPS, so Eddie CHOPS again! Eddie ROCKS Joe with a haymaker, then follows Joe to another corner. Eddie CHOPS, and Joe staggers before dropping to a knee. Dynamite returns to single picture once more, Eddie drags Joe up, and Eddie ROCKS him with a forearm! Joe ELBOWS Eddie, ROCKS him, but Eddie fires fast hands!
Eddie UPPERCUTS Joe and the fans fire up again! Joe tumbles to the ropes, Eddie storms up and KICKS him in the back! Eddie eggs Joe on while he kicks and scuffs him. Joe stands up to KICK and KICK and KICK in return! Eddie fires a flurry of forearms! Joe fires back! Eddie fires fast hands again! Then a SLAP! But Joe fires a furious flurry in return! Joe SMACKS Eddie, then runs, but into a LARIAT!! The fans are thunderous while Eddie leans on the ropes. The ref checks Eddie, Eddie is a bit dazed, but he’s otherwise still in this. Joe manages to stand, and Eddie runs in! But into the URENAGE! Joe wobbles a bit but he has a wry smile.
Joe waits for Eddie to be in the corner, and he runs up to ELBOW and PELE! Eddie slumps down, but Joe steps on him! The fans boo and the ref counts, but Joe scrubs Eddie’s face with his foot. Joe runs side to side to BOOT WASH! The fans boo while Eddie clutches his face. Eddie crawls to ropes, Joe sits on him to CHOKE him! The ref counts, Joe steps off at 4, and Eddie flounders around again. Joe stalks Eddie while the fans rally as hard as they can. Joe CHOPS and JABS Eddie, then HEADBUTTS him down! Eddie sputters but he sits back up. Joe drags Eddie up to ROCK him, ROCK him again, but Eddie CHOPS! Joe fires another forearm!
Eddie wobbles, but he fires up to CHOP, CHOP, and run, to LARIAT! But Joe is still up! Eddie runs again, another LARIAT! Joe is still standing, so Eddie runs, but into the SNAP POWERSLAM! Cover, TWO! Eddie survives the sudden turnaround and the fans rally up as hard as they can for him! Joe is annoyed by that, and he drags Eddie up to knee again and again! Eddie fires up to CHOP, CHOP, CHOP! But Joe fires more of those knees! Eddie roars to CHOP, CHOP, CHOP! Joe gives Kawada Kicks now! Eddie is dazed again, Joe runs, but into an EXPLODER!! Cover, TWO!!! Joe survives and Eddie is frustrated, but the fans continue to rally!
Eddie drags Joe up, reels him in, but Joe wrenches out! Joe fireman’s carries, DEATH VALLEY DRIVER! Then he turns Eddie over STF!! Joe is shouting out the Never-Seen Seventeen, and he even salutes! But Eddie BITES Joe’s hand!! Joe freaks out, the ref reprimands, but Eddie kicks low and DDTS! But Joe flops out of the ring! Joe survives perhaps on luck alone! Eddie hurries out after Joe, drags him up, and he puts Joe in the ring. Eddie hurries back in now, and he brings down the straps! The fans fire up for the URA- NO, Joe blocks the punch to HEADBUTT! Joe runs, but Eddie SWATS the lariat to CUTTER!
The fans fire up and Eddie winds up! URAK- NO, Joe ducks! COQUINA CLUTCH!!! Eddie is caught in the body scissors, too!! The fans rally as hard as they can, but Eddie is already fading! EDDIE TAPS!!! JOE WINS!!!
Winner: Samoa Joe, by submission (still AEW World Champion)
Eddie put up the fight of his life, but he sadly could not dethrone Samoa Joe! Was Joe right? Will Eddie never live up to his fullest potential? And as for Joe himself, Hangman already said he’s coming back for this title. Will they go one more round at World’s End?
My Thoughts:
An awesome Winter is Coming for Dynamite, they pulled out all the stops to make this borderline a free PPV. The Women’s Tag Team Championships opening was the right choice, that was awesome stuff from all four women. Truly awesome for Harley & Willow to win and be the inaugural champions. I loved their little celebration backstage with Conglomeration and pouty Roddy, too, that was a nice touch. And of course, awesome stuff in both Continental Classic matches we got tonight. Bailey VS Fletcher was itself PPV worthy, and I did NOT think Bailey was winning, so that is awesome in itself.
Okada VS Perry was about how I expected, though, and I appreciate it feeding into the larger Don Callis Family VS Elite story. Jack turning DCF down was good stuff, and I liked that the Bucks got the money back, but of course Callis wasn’t going to just accept that. Don Callis foolishly thinking Okada and Takeshita are still going to work together is a dead giveaway his team is losing, but so is the fact Kenny Omega is the third man. The Elite will win, have the money, and could even make this a resurgence towards titles. If that were to happen, it should be the Trios titles so they can feud with The Opps while DCF and Death Riders act on the feuds they teased.
Swerve & Hangman VS Shibata & Hobbs was a great tornado tag, though obviously it was more a glorified brawl that then turned into a match. Great win for Hangman & Swerve, and of course Hangman wants his shot next, but I feel like he and Swerve will end up literally fighting over that shot. I thought the Dynamite Diamond Ring Battle Royal was gonna be the route, but maybe neither of them wins that, someone else is poised for Maximum Carnage, and we still get Joe VS Hangman in 2025 Round 3 to determine who also goes to Maximum Carnage. Also, I’m very curious if MJF is going to return for the Dynamite Diamond Ring Battle Royal to retain the one thing he’s always had while in AEW. Personally, even if he does return, he should lose so that someone else can finally have that ring.
Though MJF would of course want to come back for revenge on Mark Briscoe, wouldn’t he? Briscoe had a very good promo with Garcia to hype up their TNT Championship match this Saturday. Moxley and Garcia also had a good promo beforehand, and I feel like we’re just one more loss away for Moxley’s leadership to be truly in question. If Moxley doesn’t win the C2, him having to fight for his leadership role in the faction he helped make would be a great part of World’s End. Either Claudio or Pac should step up to be the new leader if that happens, they’re the experienced veterans and can certainly give Moxley one hell of a match.
Joe VS Eddie was definitely one hell of a match, too, but it felt pretty clear that Eddie wasn’t winning. As much as fans rally like Eddie, it just doesn’t seem to be Eddie’s time to be AEW World Champion. At this point, I think the story needs to be Eddie and Hook having it out over how Hook betrayed Eddie as much as he did everyone else. Even if Eddie doesn’t want to, I could see Hook egging him on and beating him up until Eddie has no choice but to fight Hook and maybe humble him, if only for a moment. If Eddie isn’t going to be a world champion, he’ll be a guy who does great story and teaches life lessons.

A real shame about Darby Allin, but that’s assuming this is real and not kayfabe for the story. Jack Perry is a good choice for subbing him in since he’s feuding with the Don Callis Family alongside the newly reunited Elite. And great upset win for Dorada over Claudio this week, too. Claudio and Moxley have already had three of their five matches, they might be given a week off so Jack Perry and Mike Bailey can get their matches in, and I would also hope the Death Riders start considering their options given Moxley keeps losing more than he’s winning.
