Chris Jericho heads to the ring!

Le Champion’s letting his hair down as Fort Myers sings Judas for him. The Demo God didn’t win at Revolution against The Mad King, and he didn’t show Eddie Kingston the respect he promised, either! Jericho gets the mic, and he asks, “Are you ready for Dynamite? Last Sunday at Revolution was literally one of the greatest nights of my professional career. And even though my neck is still stiff and sore, and even though I lost to Eddie Kingston by tapping out to the Stretch Plum, it was still one of the best matches I have ever had in my career, and maybe one of the best matches I’ve ever had in AEW period.”

Jericho thanks Kingston for that. Kingston awakened something in Jericho he didn’t think was still there. Jericho says that he wasn’t sure this still existed in him. “But when it came down to it, after he won the big one and beat Chris Jericho, I didn’t live up to my word, and my word is everything. I refused to shake his hand.” The fans booing is just the same as Jericho’s reaction. Fans chant, “Shake His Hand!” and Jericho says he wants to. He was frustrated and angry so he needs to make it up to Kingston. Kingston won, he deserves Jericho’s respect so Jericho wants to pay his debt. If Kingston is back there, Jericho wants to apologize face to face.

Kingston makes his way out, fans chant for him, and Kingston gets in the mic. Kingston has the music cut, and he tells the fans that they’re gonna get real deep here. “The Friday night before the show, before the PPV, before the biggest match of my career, I didn’t want to show up. I wanted to go out and drink, I wanted to forget about my problems, I wanted the poison that has eaten me for years to do it again.” Jericho got in Kingston’s head about if he could win. He’s lost to Moxley, to Bryan, to Punk, to Miro, to everyone he’s faced in big matches. Kingston was afraid. But at Fan Fest, and please show some respect, Fort Myers. Austin ain’t here, don’t do that.

But seriously, anyway, Kingston isn’t kissing anyone’s asses, but when he had four separate people tell him they didn’t end their lives because they read his article, did you really think Kingston was gonna miss that PPV? Do you understand? After the match, Kingston went to his hotel room, you can laugh at him and he’ll beat you up about this, but he cried in his room. That’s because Kingston wanted to make those people proud. Not Jericho, not himself, those people. Fans cheer for that one! All Kingston can say is, as emotional as he’s getting, for those fans who were there, Kingston hopes he did you proud.

But now to the other issue. That handshake wasn’t for Kingston. He didn’t need the handshake, he needed the win. That handshake was for Jericho. What is Jericho missing inside that made him not want to do that? Kingston doesn’t see that as his problem, that looks like a Jericho problem. Kingston went in there, showed Jericho respect by dragging out the man who Kingston looked up to. The one in Japan, the J Cup, who faced the great Eddie Guerrero, the great Dean Malenko, the man Kingston respect. Lionheart Jericho! And y’know what? No matter what anyone says in the back, on Twitter, Jericho proved Kingston wrong because he is still number one.

BUT! Is that enough to fill that hole to make Jericho wanna shake Kingston’s hand or show Kingston respect? That’s the question Jericho has to answer now. Jericho says that everything Kingston just said is right. He has been obsessing about this the last two nights, so Jericho asks Kingston to hear him out. Jericho respects Kingston, he has his undying respect, and thanks him for giving him one of the best matches of his career, and Jericho would be honored if Kingston forgot about all that other stuff and shakes his hand. Jericho holds it out, Kingston takes it, and the two shake hands.

But wait, 2point0 and Daniel Garcia storm out o ruin the moment! And they rush the ring! They go after these two like they did a few months ago! They knock Jericho down easy because of the bad neck, then they mug Kingston 3v1! But here come Santana & Ortiz! Ortiz even has Floyd the Baseball Bat! Santana TACKLES Garcia and Ortiz runs off Jeff Parker & Matt Lee using Floyd! Santana stomps Garcia around, brings him up for 2point0 to see! Jericho gets Floyd from Ortiz, swings at 2point0, then HITS SANTANA?!?! And then ORTIZ!??! And now 2point0 & Garcia are working with Jericho?!?! What is this?!?

Jericho keeps hitting Ortiz, here comes JAKE HAGER! Big Hurt doesn’t understand what this is about! What happened to the Inner Circle?! Hager… CLOBBERS Ortiz?!?! Hager follows Le Champion and rains down forearms on Santana & Ortiz! Ortiz gets a DOUBLE IMPALER DDT from 2point0! Garcia puts Santana in a SHARPSHOOTER! Fans boo and jeer but 2point0 drags Kingston up while Proud ‘n’ Powerful are moved aside. Jericho SLAPS Kingston, then JAMS him with Floyd! But this still isn’t the end! Hager throws off his Inner Circle vest, 2point0 bring the timekeeper’s table over, and Hager hauls Kingston up!

Jericho helps Hager POWERBOMB Kingston through the table!! Jericho throws off the Inner Circle vest as well, and those are placed over Santana and Ortiz. “This is the Jericho Appreciation Society! And that… That’s entertainment.” The Inner Circle has been replaced, have they left Kingston, Santana and Ortiz for dead?

AEW shares CM Punk’s post match comments from Revolution.

“If there’s anybody in the locker room thinking they want the old CM Punk back, think twice.” Punk brutalized and was brutalized in the Dog Collar Match with MJF, but he didn’t quit. Punk needs to detox from all the ghosts and skeletons because he had to go to a place he didn’t want to and become a guy he doesn’t want to be. Punk will be picking the tacks out of his own skin, and will be picking the dry blood out of his ears for weeks. “That CM Punk is dead. Long live CM Punk.” Now that the Best in the World has gotten past the Salt of the Earth, what will he look for next?

AEW World Championship: Hangman Page VS Dante Martin!

Don’t worry, you’re not seeing things. The Cowboy only just defended this title at Revolution against Adam Cole and came away the winner, but he is a FIGHTING champion! Angel Dorado is the #2 ranked singles competitor and is getting his shot! Will Dante be flying higher than ever? Or will Cowboy Sh*t never stop?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, and we see if “Dorado” becomes literal for Dante!

Dante and Hangman circle, they shake hands to show there is respect, and then tie up. Dante waistlocks, Hangman wrenches to a wristlock but Dante rolls and handsprings to flip and get free! Fans cheer as the two reset and circle again. They approach, Hangman gets around to waistlock now, but Dante uses ropes to buck that. They speed up, Dante rolls but Hangman springs up to tie up. Hangman headlocks, Dante powers out but Hangman runs him over. Hangman grabs a leg but Dante enziguris from below! Dante runs, whips, but Hangman runs him over again. Things speed up again, Dante hurdles and rolls back to headscissor!

Hangman’s up but Dante dropkicks him to a corner! Fans fire up and Dante goes after Hangman with a CHOP! Hangman just smirks. Dante eggs Hangman on and Hangman steps forward, into CHOP after CHOP after CHOP! Dante whips, Hangman reverses but Dante ducks and springboards, CROSSBODY! Cover, but Hangman rolls and rolls and gets up! Fans cheer the showing of power, and Hangman hits a FALL AWAY SLAM! Hangman kips up while Dante bails out to the apron. TRIANGLE JUMP LARIAT! Dante goes down and Dynamite goes picture in picture!

Dante gets up, Hangman PLANCHAS him right back down! Fans fire up and get high-fives from the champ, and Hangman catches his breath. The ring count is climbing, but Hangman puts Dante in at 5 of 10. Hangman gets in but Dante throws body shots. Hangman CHOPS Dante off his feet! Hangman stands Dante up, to CHOP him into a corner, and then CHOP him again! And again! Dante turns it around to CHOP and CHOP and CHOP! Dante runs, but Hangman follows to corner clothesline! And short arm LARIAT! Cover, TWO! Hangman keeps cool while fans fire up. Hangman brings Dante up and RAMS him into a corner.

Hangman RAMS his shoulder in again, digs his shoulder in, then hoists Dante up top. Hangman CHOPS Dante, climbs up to join him, but Dante throws forearms in return! Hangman hops down, Dante adjusts and leaps over. Dante dodges and jumps, but into a DEATH VALLEY DRIVER! Cover, TWO! Dante survives but Hangman keeps his cool. Dynamite returns to single picture and Hangman brings Dante up. Hangman whips Dante to a corner, runs in but Dante goes up and over! Dante runs back in but is put on the apron. ENZIGURI! Dante then climbs, leaps, BIG missile dropkick! Cover, TWO!

Dante is a little surprised but fans rally up. Hangman and Dante stand up, Hangman swings but Dante ducks to hit back! Dante ROCKS Hangman with a forearm, but Hangman blocks the whip! Hangman whips but Dante stops at the ropes. Hangman runs in but Dante jumps up an dover! Hangman ends up on the apron, Dante ROUNDHOUSES him down! Dante goes up and takes a page outta Hangman’s book, ARIHARA MOONSAULT! Direct hit and Dante lands on his feet! Fans are fired up for “A E DUB!” as Dante gets Hangman up. Dante puts Hangman in, goes back to the corner and climbs again!

Fans fire up as Dante aims, BIG MISSILE- POWERBOMB!! Hangman turns dropkick into a bomb, and covers, TWO!! Dante survives disaster but Hangman fires up! Fans rally as Hangman throws off the elbow pads. Fans rally for “COWBOY SH*T!” as Hangman walks to ropes. Dante grabs Hangman’s foot to anchor him, so Hangman kicks him away. Hangman goes to the apron but has to jump up as Dante baseball slides! Hangman ASAI MOONSAULTS, but has to land on his feet as Dante moves! Dante runs in, pop-up but he ranas! Hangman hits ropes, rebounds, but Dante dodges! Dante gets in, returns, and jumps up!

But Hangman shoves him off the top rope! Dante backflips to land on his feet! Hangman slingshots, BUCKSHOT!! Cover, Hangman wins!

Winner: Hangman Page, by pinfall (still AEW World Champion)

Angel Dorado flew high but the Cowboy hits hard! Hangman holds on against the top two contenders in the same week, who is next on the list?

Tony Schiavone joins Hangman in the ring to commend him on the win here and at Revolution. Schiavone gives Hangman the mic and he says, “Dante, hey. Get your ass back in here real quick.” Dante was about to leave but he decides to go back. Hangman tells Dante, “Look, last year, you got put in a tough position. Your brother got hurt, you had to do the unthinkable: enter singles competition, my friend. And you managed to make it all the way to the AEW World Championship. So I know Darius is back, and I know you guys will be going for the tag titles, but let me tell you. You are one of the hardest hitting, one of the fastest guys I’ve ever wrestled in my life.

“And I wanna tell you, should you make it back here, I’d be glad to do it again.” They shake hands and fans cheer the ringing endorsement. But then Adam Cole speaks up, “Oh for the love of God, would you shut your damn mouth?” Cole storms out and says, “Look at you, Hangman! Look at you! You’re on top of the world, right? You’re untouchable. Well, Sunday at Revolution, I proved that you’re not untouchable. Because at Revolution, we went to war. I took you to your absolute limit and you gave me everything that you had. So congratulations, Hangman, you got a fluke victory against Adam Cole.”

A fluke? Cole says anybody can get lucky once. Next time, Hangman will not get lucky again. Oh is that right? Yeah, it is! And let’s put that to the test! Okay, right now then! Cole says next week on Dynamite, Cole wants a Six Man Tag match where Hangman can “pick any two goons” he wants. Because as far as Cole’s partners, he has two very specific young men in mind. Two guys who know Hangman better than he knows himself. And they’re one of the best tag teams in the entire world, who are COLE’s friends, NOT Hangman’s! Cole is going to give Hangman a week to process this, but Cole promises to make Hangman’s life an absolute living hell!

Cole says Hangman’s days as AEW World Champion are numbered! Cole will not stop until he get what he wants! He will not stop until he gets what he deserves! He will not stop until he hears the words, “And NEW…! AEW World Champion! Adam Cole, BAYBAY!” The Panama City Playboy may be a sore loser, but will he turn it around into being a sore winner?

Jon Moxley & Bryan Danielson w/ William Regal VS The Workhorsemen!

The Maniac and the American Dragon went tooth ‘n’ nail, shed blood, sweat and tears in their 1v1 match, and even after a decision, they kept wanting to fight! William Regal sorted them out, and now they’re following through on being a team! But will they be able to survive their first test? Or will JD Drake & Anthony Henry capitalize on some dysfunction?

The teams sort out, at least on one end. Bryan rushes and dropkicks Henry down while Moxley goes after JD! Moxley bumps JD off buckles, stomps a mudhole in, then lets off to dig his forearms in. Moxley whips corner to corner and forearm smashes JD! Moxley runs and rams shoulders, but JD stays up! JD spins but Mox ducks the backhand to SAIDO! Tag to Bryan and Bryan KICKS JD! And KICKS! And KICKS! And KICKS, KICKS, KICKS! Then… BUZZSAW! JD flops over and Bryan drags JD up. JD powers Bryan to the corner and Henry tags in. JD CHOPS Bryan, Henry CHOPS, then throws EuroUppers and KICKS!

Bryan stares Henry down! Henry throws more forearms and kicks then whips. Bryan reverses and kitchen sink knees! Then PENALTY KICK! Tag to Moxley, he drags Henry up to put him in the corner. Moxley forearms and stomps on repeat, then digs his boots in! The ref counts, Moxley hops down at 4 to tag in Bryan. Bryan drags Henry up to CHOP! And KICK! And CHOP! And KICK! Bryan snapmares Henry to then get the legs. Bryan stands on the legs, Henry tries to resist but Bryan still gets his arms. ROMERO SPECIAL! Tag to Moxley, and he BITES Henry’s forehead, before he CHOPS him down!

Moxley drags Henry up for an X-PLEX! Cover, ONE!! Henry gets away but Moxley runs in, but into an elbow. Henry BOOTS while skinning the cat, to then missile dropkick! Fans fire up, Henry gets over and tags in JD! JD CHOPS Moxley, but Moxley just stares him down. JD CHOPS and SLAPS, so Moxley SLAPS back! JD kicks low, whips, but Moxley LARIATS him down! Then Moxley DECKS Henry, tags in Bryan, and then DIVES out onto Henry! Bryan dodges JD to come back, BUSAIKU KNEE! PARADIGM SHIFT for Henry to the floor! DANIELSON STOMPS for JD!! And then LEBELLE LOCK!! JD taps, Bryan & Moxley win!

Winners: Jon Moxley & Bryan Danielson, by submission

William Regal is proud of his students as they come together and win! Regal and Schiavone join Bryan & Moxley in the ring, and Schiavone says that it was no doubt, we got a shocker at Revolution. Regal is in AEW! He has brought Moxley and Bryan together. Schiavone is glad to see “your lordship” again and fans are cheering him on. Regal says, “Mr. Schiavone, I thought we’d never do this again. It’s been 29 years since I first came to America and we were on TBS together. Can you believe that? 29 years. Time has flown by. My time is flying by, I’m 53 now. And let’s face facts, I’ve lived more than a hard life.

“I made it that way, through battles in the ring, through battles with myself. And it won’t be that long. Let’s face facts. Probably in the next, I don’t now, ’til I’m 65, 12 years ’til the wife’s pushing me to the sunny window so I can look out while a bit of toast is dribbling out of my mouth. Because I know that I’m not long for this world. Too many empty bottles, thousands of them, and a few broken hearts, sweetheart.” And Schiavone still hasn’t found a decent tailor in all that time. Let’s not go there.

Now Regal is here to obviously be with these incredible gentlemen here. But this is the first time Regal actually gets to thank Schiavone on camera, because 29 years ago, when Regal first came to America, and not to get too into the story, but Schiavone helped Regal in more ways than he can imagine. Schiavone was one of the first, so Regal thanks him. Now no more niceties. As Regal said, time is ticking. Obviously, he is no longer in his old job. For two months, he sat at home and completely checked out of the industry he had been in for 39 years this year. And then someone told him that his friend, Bryan Danielson, had mentioned him on AEW Dynamite.

That piqued Regal’s interest. He had to watch. Then he found out that his great friend of 21 years, Bryan Danielson, was going to fight Jon Moxley. Some, probably a lot of fans, given the timeframe of 29 years since he first came here, they know this. The only reason they know Regal was because of Bryan. Every time someone mentioned Bryan, whether it be ROH or anywhere else, Regal’s name was also mentioned. So it made a young group of wrestlers realize that as much of a rogue Regal is, what he will do is when someone wants to work hard, he makes them a better pro-wrestler!

The first thing Regal will do is what he did for Bryan: Regal will sit him down and tell him what not to do, and that will save them ten YEARS of their career. This is THE wrestler Regal should’ve been. Bryan is the PERFECT pro-wrestler. And there was a time where they spent time training with a group, they’d leave, and then Bryan would stay with Regal. That’d be 3 or 4 PM, then all the way to midnight, every night for five months, and learn. Then however many years, Regal would send Bryan here or there or mention him, doesn’t matter. Bryan became everything Regal couldn’t be because Bryan doesn’t have the problems Regal had.

And then we go to Moxley. 11 years ago, they met. And for a whole year, the psychological and physical problems that they put on themselves would make even the devil cry. So when Regal knew that these two were “going to knock the stuffing out of each other on Sunday,” Regal knew it was his time to come along. Regal knew that because they’re men, and they did it the right way in the ring, Regal thought he’d seen enough and came out. “What better could this younger generation have than the perfect combination: the perfect wrestler, and the perfect and utter sadistic person that will take things to a completely other level?”

Regal says that is why this team is together. Just a warning to the rest of AEW: “You will not like the outcome. And you either will step up, or you will get stepped on.” What will happen to the AEW Tag Division, and all of AEW, now that this perfect pairing is here?

Backstage interview with The Dark Order.

Alex Marvez is with pretty much everyone in the group as he asks them that after what we saw at Revolution, what is their relationship with Hangman Adam Page? Well he walks over to answer that for them. Sunday, Hangman apologizes. His temper got the best of him, he shouldn’t have gotten mad at them for helping out, so he’s sorry. Evil Uno says it’s cool. But then who will Hangman pick to take on Cole’s team? Silver thinks they should switch it up and use Alan Angels and Anna Jay. If not, Silver & Reynolds are always good, maybe Colt Cabana.

Oh, uh… Hangman just saw Jurassic Express in the hall. They want to get their hands back on the Young Bucks so Hangman just kinda said it was cool. Oh, that’s fine. Hangman can do his thing. Silver’s gotta work on his beard, Reynolds has a yoga class, it’s all good. Well alright, they can catch up after Hangman gets changed. So then, will the all championship team of Hangman, Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus crush the Super Kliq? That is, if Jurassic Express is still golden after tonight.

PAC w/ Death Triangle VS Wheeler Yuta w/ Best Friends!

This match was on standby just in case, so here it is! The Bastard and his team were on the losing end against the House of Black, but the Best Friends didn’t have that much better of a Sunday. Will Pac use Yuta as his redemption? Or will the Decoder have Pac all figured out?

The bell rings, they tie up and Pac puts Yuta on ropes. The ref counts, Pac lets off but then wrenches and YANKS the arm. And YANKS! And wrenches, but Yuta rolls and handsprings to arm-drag! Yuta dropkicks Pac down then covers, ONE! Fans fire up as Dynamite goes picture in picture.

Pac headbutts Yuta in the stomach, then headlocks and SLAMS Yuta into the mat! Yuta checks his face but Pac brings him up. Pac whips Yuta hard into the corner and Yuta bounces off buckles. Pac stomps Yuta, KICKS him, then stomps him more. Pac stands on Yuta at the ropes but lets off as the ref counts. Pac paces, drags Yuta up and whips him out of the ring. Pac goes out, stares Cassidy down, but Penta walks over. Pac gets Yuta up and whips him hard into railing! Pac then gets Yuta up and snap suplexes him to the floor! Pac gets in the ring to let the count take care of Yuta, but Yuta gets in soon after.

Pac stomps Yuta and taunts him. Yuta hits back, Pac eggs him on so Yuta hits Pac again> Pac KNEES Yuta down! Pac stands on Yuta’s neck and taunts the Best Friends, but he lets off as the ref counts to 4. Pac paces, he stares Cassidy down, then sees Yuta getting up. Pac scuffs Yuta, sits him up while staring at Cassidy, then scuffs Yuta again. Pac eggs Yuta on, Yuta gets up and Dynamite returns to single picture. Pac continues to taunt Yuta so Yuta CHOPS him! And fires off forearms! Pac whips Yuta out, but Yuta rewinds and waistlocks to GERMAN SUPLEX! Fans fire up while both men are down!

Pac gets up, but Yuta atomic drops then ENZIGURIS! Yuta whips, Pac reverses but Yuta BOOTS from the corner! Yuta goes up, fakes Pac out, then CROSSBODIES! Cover, TWO!! Yuta almost had Pac but he fires up with the fans! Yuta drags Pac up, but Pac SOBATS! Pac waistlocks to deadlift GERMAN SUPLEX! Bridging cover, TWO! Pac argues with the ref but the ref defends that was two. Pac drags Yuta up, puts him up top, then climbs up to join him. Pac brings Yuta up for a SUPERPLEX BRAINBUSTER!! And then the BRUTALIZER! Yuta taps, Pac wins!

Winner: PAC, by submission

Pac lets off and the Best Friends check on Yuta. Will the Bastard look to be even more brutal after what the House of Black did to him?

The Cutler Cam is live.

Adam Cole stands with reDRagon and the Young Bucks, and Sunday didn’t go the best for them. Cole didn’t become world champion, neither team here took the tag titles. Matt Jackson says, “No thanks to Kyle & Bobby. Good job, guys.” The plan didn’t work out, but Kyle says it’s self-centered for Matt to say it’s reDRagon’s fault only. Cole has them stop arguing, because things will change next week in that Six Man Tag. Hangman, Cole has two guys who are the perfect partners for him. These guys live in Hangman’s head rent free, 24/7. These guys know how to party, and two of Cole’s very best friends!

Matt stops Cole there. He’s told Cole before. They want nothing to do with Hangman, even if it’s a match. Count them out. Oh, well, Cole wasn’t picking the Bucks anyway. It was going to be reDRagon. Oh, good. Cole storms off and Kyle says again, Matt is being self-centered. Work on that. Cutler says he would’ve chosen the Bucks. Shut up, Brandon. And reDRagon heard that! Will Cole, Kyle & Fish be the undisputed winners against the three AEW champions?

Backstage interview with FTR & Tully Blanchard.

Alex Marvez brings up that Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler lost in two straight Tag Team Battle Royals, but where does their focus turn now? The titles? Or revenge on Bucks and reDRagon? Dax says that in private conversations, many, many times, pro-wrestling is Dax’s first love. All the way up until his wedding day with his wife, and then the birth of his baby girl. To be able to go back to Ashville, North Carolina, and tell his daughter that she can do whatever she wants, so long as she stands up for what she believes in, that means Dax & Uncle Dan have to do the same! So that means reDRagon and Bucks, Dax & Cash-

Tully speaks up. He wants to remind them that when he got involved with FTR, it was about championships. They listened to Tully, they want championships. He understands family, he has one, too. The kids need things, but AEW is about FTR winning the titles back! Dax grabs Tully by the collar and tells him this is about his family! Cash cools things off, but says that this is about family. Sadly, Tully ain’t family, so he’s fired. What a development for FTR and The Pinnacle as a whole! Will Dax & Cash get their revenge on The Elite one way or another?

The Andrade Hardy Family Office is in the ring.

El Idolo and his assistant, Jose, stand with Big Money Matt, Private Party, and the mercenaries, The Butcher & The Blade. Hardy says that they came out here tonight to start fresh. Hardy wants to make amends with the AHFO. Andrade came out here because he wants to FIRE Hardy from the group he started here! Andrade tells Hardy to tranquilo, take it easy. What happened to Hardy and Mr. Sting? Where’s the suit? Hardy is turning over a new leaf. Hardy apologized for treating everyone poorly, and his boys, Private Party. He puts a suit on, he transforms into an A-hole. Andrade knows what that is like, and same for Jose!

Whoa, seriously, Matt? Fans echo, “A-HOLE~!” and Hardy says he just wants to make things right. Well, okay. They will make this right. It will be a vote. Well, Hardy is fine with that, but he isn’t sure how good Andrade’s arithmetic is, because he can’t vote Hardy out unless Marq Quen & Isiah Kassidy side with Andrade. So if they want Hardy to stay, thumbs up. Thumbs down for firing Hardy. Thumbs down from Andrade, but thumbs up from Hardy. Jose says down, but the Private Party boys say up! And Hardy knew that was how it’d be. Hardy wants to work with them, but wait! The Private Party changes their votes!!

Andrade says, “In this business, you always but always need to watch your back.” Hardy looks around and sees the thumbs down! How could they do this to him? But then Andrade attacks Hardy from behind! And the mercs join in, and then so does Private Party! Now it’s just the ANDRADE Family Office! Private Party stands Hardy up and Andrade says he is THE BOSS! BOOT for Hardy! Jose applauds but then Andrade has Jose go fetch something. A chair! But wait, here comes Darby Allin and Sting! They may have had problems with Hardy, but they seem to have bigger beef with Andrade!

Darby and Sting go down the ramp but they’re still outnumbered. Jose keeps Hardy down with the chair but Sting and Darby still fight the thugs! Darby is mugged by Private Party, and eventually Butcher & Blade turn things around on Sting! BUT HERE COMES JEFF HARDY!!! The Charismatic Enigma throws hands on Private Party! And RUSSIAN LEG SWEEPS Blade, to JAWBREAKER Butcher! Hardy chases of Jose and Andrade, too! Darby and Hardy pinball Blade around, then Sting gets his shot in. Matt Hardy gives Blade a TWIST OF FATE! Jeff throws off the shirt, goes up top, SWANTON BOMB!!

Fans are going nuts to see the Hardy Boyz together here in AEW! Even Darby is shocked! Will Team Extreme revolutionize what’s going on here in AEW?

Backstage interview with Swerve Strickland.

A great response for Swerve at Revolutionary, but he make his in-ring debut on Rampage this Friday. Swerve says, “You know I’m like this. Debuting in AEW.” But Tony Nese applauds and sarcastically welcomes Swerve. Everyone is so excited to see him. Look at Schiavone, he was going crazy! They didn’t do that for Nese but whatever. Swerve doesn’t have an opponent yet, but seeing as how these two have history on Fridays, why not let the Premier Athlete welcome him properly? Swerve wondered who would be first to interrupt him. But of course it’s Nese.

So yeah, let’s revisit their Fridays on Rampage, and Swerve will bless Nese again, by still beatin’ that ass. This ain’t Nese’s House, this is SWERVE’S House. See you Friday.

AEW returns and Schiavone is in the ring.

He welcomes us back to Dynamite, and let’s bring in the NEW Face of the Revolution, WARDLOW! The Maestro of Mayhem makes his way out, and no need for an accountabilibuddy, either. Wardlow won the ladder match and is preparing for a TNT Championship match, but Schiavone is really happy to see what Wardlow did with the Dynamite Diamond Ring to MJF. However, isn’t he still under contract with MJF? Wardlow says “We all have to come to a moment in life where we have to decide: Are we going to help somebody, and spend our lives accomplishing someone else’s goals and dreams? Or are we going to take that next step and take that chance and fulfill our own?”

Wardlow says that before Max, he spent too many years spending his life helping someone else build something while receiving nothing and still the demand for more in return. He thought his opportunity with MJF was his chance to free the wild animal from the circus. Little did Wardlow know that he walked out of one cage, and into another. He found himself spending his energy, his life, making sure Max was fulfilling his dreams. Now, Wardlow knew MJF wasn’t a good guy when he signed up for the job, and so everyone will have to forgive him for associating with such trash.

But to be honest, Wardlow grew up very poor, and had to watch his mother with a heart of gold struggle to raise him and his two older sisters. At a young age, Wardlow knew he wanted to be a pro-wrestler because he fell in love with it, but also because it’d grant him the opportunity to provide for himself, and his family. Max was his way of getting his foot in the door. Yes, here Wardlow is, and yes, MJF paid him a lot of money and yes, MJF changed Wardlow’s life. For that, Wardlow is thankful. But it doesn’t matter how much you pay someone, how much you help someone, it doesn’t give someone the right to disrespect them, threaten their family, and sure as hell doesn’t give you the right to put your hands on them!

Wardlow tells MJF that when MJF slapped him, MJF decided his own fate. Contract? Yes, he is still under contract, but he no longer gives a damn! And at Revolution, Wardlow’s actions were to let Max and everyone else know that he is no longer watch MJF’s back, no longer is body guard and no longer in The Pinnacle! Wardlow is finally FREE! Fans cheer that, and chant for “WARD~LOW!” Wardlow hopes MJF is as smart as he claims to be, and releases Wardlow from the BS. Now, in return, Wardlow will wash his hands of MJF and they can go their separate ways.

Don’t get him wrong, Wardlow would love to powerbomb MJF until he can no longer move. But Wardlow’s wasted three years on MJF, he won’t waste another ounce of energy. Karma will be Wardlow’s revenge while MJF gets everything he has coming to him. So Wardlow’s only concern now is getting that TNT Championship and obtaining a new contract. Then Wardlow isn’t stopping at the TNT title. After years of giving, Wardlow is finally taking, and he wants it all! So as of right now, Wardlow is letting everyone know, All Elite Wrestling is officially Wardlow’s world! Fans fire up as the big man puts out his mission statement! Will anyone, can anyone, stop him?

Backstage interview with Keith Lee and QT Marshall.

Alex Marvez says QT asked for this time, but Keith isn’t even sure what QT wants from him. QT wants to welcome Keith to AEW, and says he understands why Keith Lee is limitless. But it seems they have a common enemy in Team Taz. QT thought he and Taz were great friends, with Taz trusting QT to train his son, Hook. Didn’t Hook beat QT up? Yes, but that’s the learning process. QT says Keith seems to have issue with Ricky Starks & Will Hobbs. Keith, QT knows they don’t know each other, but QT has some stroke around here. The Factory has Keith’s back. Uh, Keith has a very large back, but he’s good.

Keith walks away and QT asks what he means by “you’re good?” Keith will pay for this! Is QT seriously going to try and make the Limitless One his enemy?

The Acclaimed regroup, only to get DOUBLE LARIATS! Fans fire up with Luchasaurus, and he gets The Acclaimed with choke grips! But The Acclaimed gets away to the outside but Luchasaurus pursues.

Luchasaurus swats Caster’s clothesline, choke grips him, and and dodges the boom box attack! Luchasaurus shoves Caster into Bowens, and JB FLIES out onto them both! Winners: Jurassic Express, by pinfall (still AEW World Tag Team Champions)

Three top teams in the world came for Jurassic Express, but none of them could stop the champs! Will JB & Luchasaurus be able to do the same alongside Hangman against Cole, Fish & O’Reilly?

Jade Cargill & Mark Sterling speak.

The TBS Champion says, “All we wanna know is, who’s next?” Smart Mark Sterling asks, “Who’s left?” Jade’s beaten Red Velvet. That was easy. She beat The Bunny. Forgot about her. Skye Blue. Anna Jay! And now, Tay Conti. Next is the biggest opportunity of them all: 30-0 undefeated streak. This open challenge has a very important question. “Who wants to step up and receive my beautiful kiss of death on #ThatBitchShow?”

AEW Women’s World Championship #1 Contender’s Match: Leyla Hirsch VS Thunder Rosa!

After Leyla scored a not so legit win in the Buy In, and after an even less fair loss for La Mera Mera, the rankings have switched. Will Leyla still be number one and head for Britt Baker next week? Or will Thunder Rosa use Leyla to vent so she can get a rematch with the “good” doctor?

Winner: Thunder Rosa, by pinfall (NEW #1 Contender to the AEW Women’s World Championship)

Now this was legit! La Mera Mera is one week away from her rematch, will she get revenge on Britt for St. Patrick’s Day?

Tony Schiavone speaks from commentary that that was a tremendous win for Rosa, she should feel great about it. And it was one year ago at St. Patrick’s Day Slam that Rosa had that amazing Unsanctioned Lights Out Match with Britt Baker. Now, in her hometown of San Antonio, in the title rematch, it will be in a STEEL CAGE! Rosa is fired up to hear that! Will that cage keep out Britt’s little buddies so Rosa can have a real shot?

Britt Baker responds.

“Hey, Thunder. Champ here. It’s funny how you had a little more pep in your step getting down the ramp tonight. I guess that’s how it works when you think you actually have a shot at beating your opponent. Speaking of which, I beat you at Revolution, so why instead of going to the back of the line like everyone else, did you get an Eliminator Match three nights later? And now, I have to wrestle you in a cage to keep my friends out, but you get all of San Antonio backing you? This conspiracy sh*t lives on. Hey, Red Velvet! How you doing, girl? Thunder, I’m happy you finally found a friend, but where’s Mercedes? She didn’t make it to the party?

“That’s okay, she’s not gonna be available next week anyways, regardless of the cage, after Jamie finishes her this week on Rampage. And Thunder, I’m not afraid of you. I’m not afraid of a cage. What I’m afraid of is what becomes of All Elite Wrestling if carny riffraff like you becomes champion. Remember: almost a year ago in that Lights Out Match, you go the pin. But who really won? Yours truly, Dr. Britt Baker, DMD.” Britt said a lot of big words, but will she have to eat them all when she and Rosa are locked inside the cage?

AEW TNT Championship: Sammy Guevara VS Scorpio Sky w/ Ethan Page & Dan Lambert!

The Spanish God retained against both El Idolo and Darby Allin, but no one has pinned or submitted The Closer in over a year. We know Wardlow is waiting on the other side, but who brings the gold to the St. Patrick’s Day Slam?

The introductions are made, the belt is raised, it’s title VS streak, something’s gotta give!

Sammy and Scorpio stare down, then Scorpio rushes in! Sammy dodges, fires off and CHOPS Scorpio in the corner! Scorpio turns it around to CHOP and CHOP! Sammy fires haymakers back, but Scorpio knees low. Scorpio whips, Sammy reverses and hurdles, then flips, then dropkicks! Scorpio bails out, Sammy kips up so smooth! Scorpio regroups with All Ego and Fat Headed Dips*it, but Sammy storms over. Scorpio ROCKS Sammy with a sucker punch, then ROCKS him again! Sammy ROCKS Scorpio back, then whips him into railing, right in front of Paige VanZant and her hubby!

Sammy refreshes the count, looks under the ring, and brings out a TABLE! Fans fire up but Ethan complains, this isn’t No Disqualification! Sammy RAMS Scorpio into steel steps, then refreshes the count again. Sammy finishes setting up the table, Lambert and Ethan are furious with the ref. Sammy gets Scorpio up but Scorpio fireman’s carries! Sammy slips off to RAM Scorpio into railing again, then SUPERKICKS him down! Scorpio flops under the table, Sammy goes around to get him. Sammy puts Scorpio on the table, throws down hands, then tells the fans he’s loco! Sammy goes up top and fans fire up!

The ref warns Sammy, this still isn’t no disqualification! Sammy doesn’t care, he’s LOCO! 630 SENTON, but Scorpio moves! Sammy goes through the table, ALONE! Ethan coaches Scorpio up while Lambert is having the time of his life! Fans lose their minds, a medic checks on Sammy, but Scorpio stomps Sammy down! Tay Conti rushes out to check on Sammy, too, and Dynamite goes picture in picture.

The medic still checks Sammy, he does have bad ribs from Revolution. Sammy is shaking his head, this was probably too reckless for even him. More refs come out, they talk over the situation. Ethan and Lambert have Scorpio stay in the ring while Sammy is still being checked out. Tay is very worried as Sammy does his best to explain to the medic. Scorpio does a mock ring count, and hits ten. He acts like he wins, but uh, titles don’t change on count outs, right? Sammy tries to sit up but even that is hard. Sammy slowly stands up, and has Tay and the medic support him. They’re walking towards the ramp, is this match done?

Sammy takes a moment to rest, still tries to explain, and then he gets up again. Wait, is Sammy saying he can continue?! Tay and the medic don’t think that’s good, but Sammy gets in the ring! The ref checks with him if this is really what he wants, and Sammy says yes! Dynamite returns to single picture, this match continues! And he SPITS in Scorpio’s face to egg him on! They start throwing hands fast and furious, and fans cheer on the guts! Scorpio fires knees on the ribs, throws Sammy out hard, and Tay is back to check on him again. Scorpio goes out and tells Tay to back off. He says this is what happens.

Scorpio gives Sammy a kiss on the cheek to taunt Tay, and then VanZant starts talking trash. Tay stares her down but leaves it at that. Scorpio gets Sammy up, for a BACKBREAKER! Scorpio gets right in Sammy’s face as he writhes, but Sammy pie faces back. Scorpio gets Sammy up again, for another BACKBREAKER! Tay cheers Sammy on but Scorpio talks trash right to his face. Scorpio looms over Sammy, drags him back up, and hits a third BACKBREAKER! Cover, TWO!! Sammy stays in this but the kick-out seems to hurt just as much as anything else! Scorpio digs his knee into Sammy with a chinlock!

Fans rally up, Sammy fights to his feet and throws haymakers and body shots! Sammy fires off shots, runs, and turns Scorpio’s kitchen sink into a roll-up! TWO!! Sammy CHOPS Scorpio, but he drops to a knee. Sammy CHOPS again, and he whips but Scorpio reverses. Sammy back elbows from a corner, and jump kicks! Sammy gets out, springboards back in, FLYING CUTTER!! Cover, TWO!! Scorpio survives and fans are thunderous! Sammy snarls, slashes his throat, and he brings Scorpio up. But Scorpio fireman’s carries for the TK- NO! Sammy slips out, SUPERKICKS back, and torture racks! G T H!!! But Scorpio gets away before a cover!

Sammy hurries to get Scorpio into a drop zone! Sammy goes up, and SHOOTING STARS onto knees!! Both men are down and Lambert distracts the ref. Ethan gets on the apron but Tay YANKS him down! Tay says no he don’t! But VanZant jumps the rail to CLOBBER Tay! And RAM her into steel steps! Sammy is distracted, Scorpio gets a T K O!!! Cover, Scorpio wins!!!

Winner: Scorpio Sky, by pinfall (NEW AEW TNT Champion)

The streak still lives, and Scorpio is now the first to check off his second AEW title! But speaking of which, Scorpio CLOBBERS Sammy with one of the belts!! Tay gets up and VanZant shoves her into the ring! BUZZSAW! Tay flops onto Sammy, and VanZant shows off her AEW contract. VanZant uses Tay’s ass as the table to sign it! American Top Team is taking over! But with Wardlow waiting, will Scorpio’s reign end real quick?

My Thoughts:

Wow, I have never seen a wrestling company do such a big follow-up show like this. We just got Revolution, and St. Patrick’s Day Slam is coming next, but AEW sandwiching what was practically a PPV on TV was a major power play. We got a powerful opening segment with Jericho baiting Kingston and even Santana & Ortiz into a trap to recreate the Inner Circle into a new faction. I had the weirdest feeling something like this would happen, but I never thought it’d happen. And then we got an awesome surprise in a world title match for Dante. This was definitely AEW’s nod towards Dante being another of their young pillars.

At the same time, Hangman having any match was a great way to bring Adam Cole out and essentially demand a rematch. Of course, this all threads through the story of dysfunction within The Elite and Cole’s social circle. I knew right away that Cole was making us think he meant the Young Bucks but was really going with reDRagon. I did not expect Hangman to say he was going with Jurassic Express over The Dark Order, but there’s still the on again, off again relationship that Hangman has with them that AEW plays with. Jurassic Express having another title defense here was also a great surprise, and it was great stuff with The Acclaimed.

Wardlow of course was going to say he was breaking off from MJF, but that was a really well done promo for him. FTR had a really good promo, too, and firing Tully was quite the surprise. It seems that while the Inner Circle’s ashes have born a new faction, it feels like The Pinnacle is just going to fall apart period. Maybe Tully defaults to being Shawn Spears’ manager, and then they together help MJF. Good promo from Keith and QT to set up a match there, and a good promo from Swerve and Nese to vaguely reference WWE 205 Live and the golden days it had with these two. I would think Swerve wins his debut in a great match with Nese.

Great “standby” match from Pac VS Yuta. It didn’t necessarily block off more from Death Triangle VS House of Black, but it did harken back to when Pac feuded with Cassidy. AHFO had a good segment together, and this was the moment everyone was figuring would happen. Matt Hardy gets kicked out but he gets back-up from Brother Nero! The Hardys are together again again, and I’m thinking we get an 8 Man Tag since Darby and Sting also joined in. Leyla VS Rosa was a very good match, and it was great of Velvet to stop Leyla from cheating. That sets up Velvet VS Leyla, and then I really like that they’re stepping up Britt VS Rosa to a Steel Cage.

Britt had a good promo that does technically have a good point about Rosa coming back so soon, but the easy counter is that management has eyes and is fed up with her cheating. Though, I’m pretty sure that, like any other cage match, interference still happens. I just hope that with Rosa being in her hometown and AEW actually letting hometown heroes go over, this is finally Rosa’s win. Jade had a good promo to leave it open that she’ll be expecting someone to step up. Not really sure who there is with many names busy in stories, but maybe we’ll get a nice surprise through the “Forbidden Door.”

We got a great tag debut for Moxley & Bryan, and even a good AEW debut for The Workhorsemen. But whoever was being put against Moxley & Bryan, they were going to lose. Regal had an awesome promo, a powerful promo, that showed us the path that led these three to this moment, and I am very excited. Whether Moxley & Bryan become an AEW Two Man Power Trip or add some of those young names Bryan mentioned before to their team and still take over everything here. And then, what a main event! I did not think Sammy would crash through the table and sell the ribs, and then still lose because of American Top Team.

Next week, Scorpio VS Wardlow is going to be great stuff, could go either way because American Top Team or MJF can screw Wardlow. And VanZant targeting Tay Conti, that’s a good audible with Cody & Brandi gone. Hell, it’s an improvement because Tay is legit just like VanZant.

My Score: 9.1/10

Thunder Rosa VS Harley Cameron!

La Mera Mera told us during Collision that she’ll be watching Mariah VS Mina very closely. But will she make sure to focus on the crazy Aussie that won’t leave her alone? Or will she feel the wrath of… Harley-gram?

The bell rings and Rosa is confused as to how Harley thinks she’s fooling anyone. The fans rally for “LUCHA! LUCHA!” as Rosa rolls and trips Harley in one move! Rosa has the leg, the fans keep up the chant of “LUCHA! LUCHA!” and Rosa floats all over Harley. Then she pushes Harley to a cover, TWO! Rosa wrenches to wristlock, but Harley wrenches back. Harley hammerlocks, headlocks, but Rosa powers up and out. Harley runs Rosa over, keeps moving, then she rolls over the dropdown. Rosa bypasses Harley but Harley springboards to FLYING ARM-DRAG! Rosa goes to a corner, Harley runs up, but Rosa puts her on the apron.

Harley block a shot but not the ROUNDHOUSE! Rosa staggers back, Harley goes up, in, and FLYING ARM-DRAGS again! The fans cheer as Rosa runs up but Harley puts her against ropes. Harley whips, Rosa reverses, but Harley slips around to roll Rosa up. TWO, but Harley is right on Rosa. Harley knees low, then she THROWS Rosa down by her hair! Then Harley-gram takes off her mask to reveal, “IT WAS ME!” It was Harley Cameron all along! Well, duh. Harley grins, but Rosa CHOPS her down! And CHOPS her again! And CHOPS her again! Rosa brings Harley up to whip, then she DROPKICKS Harley down!

The fans cheer and Rosa says SHE is a luchadora! Rosa storms up, blocks Harley’s boot, then puts Harley’s leg in the ropes. Then she puts the other leg in the ropes! Harley wants mercy but she gets a CHOP instead! Rosa fires up the fans, CHOPS again, and then Rosa rolls and comes back! SHOTGUN! Harley falls down and the fans fire up! Rosa drags Harley to a cover, TWO! Harley survives but Rosa keeps her from her mask! BOSTON CRAB! Harley endures, but Rosa reaches back to get the arms! REVERSE MEXICAN SURFBOARD! Harley still endures as Rosa swings her around, then DROPS her down! Cover, TWO!

Rosa stays in this, but Harley goes back to her mask! She again becomes Harley-gram, and she shouts, “I AM LUCHA!” Harley runs up to SPLASH Rosa in the corner! Harley wraps Rosa’s leg around ropes and thrashes it! The ref reprimands but Harley lets go, to then 619 the hips! The fans are torn but Harley soaks it all up. Harley poses, then drags Rosa to the corner. Harley has the legs, but Rosa YANKS her into the post!

Rosa hurries out after Harley, YANKS the mask away, then SLAPS her with it! Rosa SMACKS Harley off the apron, CHOPS her, and Harley runs away into the ring. Rosa pursues, but dodges Harley, to LARIAT! And ELBOW! And then Rosa stomps around. The fans fire up and Rosa runs in, for a BASEMENT DROPKICK against ropes! Rosa isn’t done there, she tucks Harley in! Harley fights but Rosa still lifts her, PACKAGE PILEDRIVER! Cover, Rosa wins!

Winner: Thunder Rosa, by pinfall

Harley tried to trick us all, but Rosa took her down again! Rosa holds up a fan’s sign that says, “Women’s Wrestling is Alive and Well,” and that is most certainly true! Will Rosa then be leading the charge as she chases down whoever has the AEW Women’s World title?

Backstage interview with Mercedes Mone.

Renee Paquette is with The CEO, and Mone tells, “Rampaaage~! Say hello to your C E O.” Renee brings up Dynamite and Kamille but Mone stops her there. Mone does not ever wanna hear that name out of Renee’s mouth ever again. Mone is NOT here to talk about Kamille. She is here to celebrate a special edition Lucha Libre Rampage! Everyone knows how much Mone loves lucha libre. Eddie Guerrero is still Mone’s favorite, she grew up watching him, so she is just feeling some type of way. She is so thankful during this time of year, and she is most thankful for… herself! Mone is thankful for her and her money.

And before asking another question, Renee, we all know Christmas is around the corner. And what Mone wants is even more championship gold! And we all know money changes everything. It seems the TBS Championship AND NJPW Strong Women’s Championships are not enough, but will the world (title) never be enough for The CEO?

Six Man Tag: Top Flight VS Katsuyori Shibata, Atlantis Jr. & Mascara Dorada 2.0!

Action Andretti & The Martin Brothers are always ready to fly, especially on a night promising lucha libre from start to finish. But will taking on The Wrestler, the second generation luchador and the current World Historic Welterweight Champion be one fight Top Flight won’t win?

The trios sort out and Shibata starts against Darius. They circle, feel things out, and knuckle lock. They go shoulder to shoulder, but then Shibata slips around to waistlock. Darius switches, Shibata wrenches out and wrangles Darius to the mat. Shibata has the arm but Darius wrenches. Shibata wrenches, Action tries to get a “Top Flight! Woop Woop!” going but fans aren’t that into it. Darius rolls, handsprings and wrenches, but Shibata rolls and wrenches right back. Darius fights the double wristlock to waistlock, but Shibata pries free to leg trip! KNEEBAR! Darius flounders and reaches out, ROPEBREAK!

Shibata lets go, Darius hobbles up, and Shibata KICKS him in the chest! Shibata snapmares Darius then clamps on a chinlock. Darius endures, fights around, and fires a body shots. The fans rally as Shibata snapmares Darius down into a chinlock, and he digs a knee in. Darius endures, so Shibata pushes Darius down to scrape the soles off his face! Tag to Mascara Dorada and he reels Darius in. Darius headlocks to counter, but Dorada powers up and out. Dorada drops, Darius rolls, and Darius goes up to FLYING ARM-DRAG! An instant classic from two lucha icons, but it was the Alchemist who wins out! Will Komander be able to recover so that he can make an impact in the Dynamite Dozen Battle Royal?

My Thoughts:

A great Rampage, especially with the theme of lucha libre and the crossover with CMLL stars. Though that said, of course the CMLL stars were winning. Great stuff in the Six Man Tag, and an awesome main event from Hechicero VS Komander. Mortos VS Serpentico was surprisingly good, though I guess that’s because Serpentico got to show his stuff. Thanks to the prerecorded nature of Collision and Rampage, Mortos gets to lose a match in Chicago, Illinois but win one in Reading, Pennsylvania. And of course Rosa beat Harley again, but I really appreciate commentary playing along like Harley-gram wasn’t at all obviously Harley Cameron. Rosa’s win here definitely keeps her primed for a shot at the world championship after Winter is Coming.

Good promo from just six of the Dynamite Diamond Dozen, and as I said for Collision, I’m thinking this comes down to Kyle and Cole. They’ll fight, and as much as I want Cole to win, it’s probably Kyle, and then we get Kyle VS MJF for the diamond ring, Cole VS MJF at Worlds End. A surprise move tonight was someone taking out Kamille backstage. With this and Anna Jay’s promo on Collision, it definitely has to be The Vendetta doing Mone’s dirty work while expecting payment for their “protection.” Anna and Kamille will fight Deonna and Taya, and then maybe someone out of that field faces Mone for the TBS Championship at Worlds End.

My Score: 8.7/10

Mariah May speaks.

On the same film set that she attacked Mina Shirakawa, with the glass shards of a champagne bottle still at her feet, The Glamour wants the cameraman to come closer. She’s ready for her interview now. “I’m a complicated woman. I do a lot of things that people don’t understand and that’s okay. So when people ask me why I broke up with Mina, I could give the simple answer of jealousy, or watching her prance around Japan with the ghost of my past, but… That’s not true. I never broke up with Mina Shirakawa. In fact, we’re closer than ever. Every time she came here, it was, ‘I love America! I love AEW! I want to be champion!’

“So who could I not give her a chance at everything she’s ever wanted? You want to be on top? Well this is what it takes to be on top. You beat me, you can have it all. AEW, you want Mina? Here she is. Now let’s see how long she lasts. You can cry. You can scream. You can bleed. But you can never say I didn’t love you.” Mariah May is twisted, but will this bad romance soon come to an end now that Winter is Coming?

Lexy Nair is with The Queenslayer, and notes that while she lost to Mariah May in that last chance title match, she did bounce back at Full Gear against Deonna Purrazzo. Anna says her career has been full of ups and downs, but she’s never backed down from swinging for the fences. She put it all on the line against Mariah, and lost. So what does that mean? It means she has nothing left to lose! Deonna found out an Anna with nothing to lose is one fat ass that can’t be kicked. So no, she can’t challenge for the AEW Women’s World Championship right now, but there are other titles that she can.

And Anna doesn’t mind on taking that one big swing. Just try her. Or maybe, she’ll try someone! Anna heads out, will she make herself The Star of the Show one way or another?

AEW Continental Classic, Blue League: Kyle Fletcher VS The Beast Mortos!

The Protostar won perhaps his biggest match last week on Full Gear, but now he’s going for a big prize in the Continental Championship. But in his way is a BIG beast, as The Beast Mortos wants to prove his worth to La Faccion Ingobernable. Will the menacing minotaur make big strikes towards a championship? Or will he be struck down by Don Callis’ Aussie Arrow?

Speaking of Don Callis, he finds a loophole in the No Cornermen rule by simply being on commentary. Kyle and Mortos circle at the bell, tie up, and are in a deadlock. Mortos pushes Kyle back and the fans rally behind the beast. Kyle shrugs that off and soaks up heat as he circles with Mortos. Kyle slips around, headlocks, but Mortos powers out. But Kyle pulls on the mask! The ref reprimands but Kyle has the headlock again. Mortos powers up and out, Kyle RAMS Mortos, and the fans fire up. They RAM each other again and again, and Kyle staggers back. Kyle comes back to RAM Mortos, Mortos RAMS Kyle, but Kyle BOOTS Mortos!

The fans boo but Kyle soaks it up, only for Mortos to CLOBBER him! The fans fire up and Mortos runs in to go up and MONKEY FLIP! Kyle tumbles away, Mortos runs up to UPPERCUT! GAMANGIRI! SNAP POWERSLAM! Cover, TWO! The fans fire up but Kyle scoops and SLAMS Mortos down! The fans rally for Mortos but Kyle hauls him up to scoop and SLAM! Kyle soaks up heat, drags Mortos up and scoop SLAMS again! Kyle paces while fans rally, then Kyle whips. Mortos ducks ‘n’ dodges to RANA! The fans fire up as Kyle staggers around! Mortos runs in at the corner, but Kyle stops the Monkey Flip!

Kyle puts Mortos up top and SMACKS him down to the floor! Kyle grins while Collision goes picture in picture.

Mortos flounders and a ring count starts. Kyle goes out the side, runs in around the way, and he BOOTS Mortos down! Kyle flexes while he soaks up heat and the ref reprimands. Kyle goes back to Mortos, drags him up, and the fans tell Kyle off while he puts Mortos in the ring. Kyle pretends he can’t hear them, and then he storms over to stomp away on Mortos! The ref counts, especially as Kyle stands on Mortos’ face! Kyle says “SUCK IT!” Kyle runs corner to corner, forearm SMASH! And then a BIG back suplex! Cocky cover, TWO! Mortos stays in this but Kyle paces around. Kyle blows a kiss and Collision goes to break.

Collision returns, Mortos runs up on Kyle! But Kyle scoops to MICHINOKU DRIVER! Cover, TWO!! Mortos survives and Kyle argues with the count, but the count was fair. Kyle seethes while the fans rally up behind Mortos. Mortos goes to ropes but Kyle smirks. Kyle runs and CALF KICKS! Mortos flounders, Kyle brings him around, but Mortos BACKDROPS free! The fans fire up, Mortos runs up, and he blocks a boot. But not the SUPERKICK! Kyle swings, Mortos dodges, ROLLING DDT!! Kyle flops out of the ring while the fans fire up again. Mortos runs to build speed, and he TORNILLO TOPES!

Direct hit at the ramp and the fans fire up again! Mortos and Kyle stir, Kyle drags himself into the ring, but Mortos gets mad. The fans rally up, Mortos climbs up, and Mortos MARIPOSA FLOPS! Kyle hurries to get Mortos up and in, for the LAST RIDE!! Cover, TWO!! Mortos survives and Kyle is furious! Callis says he’ll have to talk with the ref later. Kyle waits on Mortos to rise, and then runs corner to corner. GAMANGIRI! Kyle puts Mortos up top, climbs after him, and has that wild look in his eyes. But Mortos fights the lift! Mortos HEADBUTTS Kyle down! Mortos stands to FLYING CRUCIFIX DRIVER!! And then DISCUS LARIAT!! Cover, TWO?!?

Kyle survives and shocks everyone in Chicago, but Callis is still worried. “This is Awesome!” Mortos aims and spins, but DOUBLE LARIATS collide! Mortos HEADBUTTS a lariat away! Kyle SUPERKICKS! Mortos HEADBUTTS again! Kyle ducks ‘n’ dodges but so does Mortos! Kyle LARIATS first!! Kyle fires up, the fans boo, but Callis says it’s closing time! GAMANGIRI and then suplex! BRAINBUSTER!! Cover, Kyle wins!

Winner: Kyle Fletcher, by pinfall (gains 3 points; Mortos earns 0)

The Aussie Arrow strikes, and not only does he keep pace with Shelton Benjamin in Blue League, but he keeps pace with Will Ospreay. Ospreay and Kyle both won tonight, could they end up meeting at Worlds End?

Backstage interview with Kyle O’Reilly.

Lexy Nair wants to talk with the Violent Artist, but he’s being pestered by The Undisputed Kingdom’s Matt Taven & Mike Bennett. Taven apologizes to Lexy, but now’s not the time. Lexy excuses herself and Bennett says he doesn’t get why Kyle won’t listen to them when Kyle knows what this is about. How long have they known each other? 14, 15 years? Bennett has known Adam Cole, Roderick Strong and Matt Taven just as long, so Kyle knows this is bigger than wrestling. This is about loyalty, friendship, and standing up for one of their own.

When Kyle chose not to join The Undisputed Kingdom a year ago, Taven wasn’t sure why. He thought it was finally going to be what they all wanted, all five of them together as one. Taven even called Kyle after Cole called them because Taven wanted to know why. Kyle wasn’t ready physically and mentally, and they respected it. Then Kyle and Roddy had it out, Taven & Bennett stayed out of it because they respected Kyle’s wishes. But now Kyle needs to understand and respect The Kingdom’s wishes! They need to exorcise some demons, exorcise those devils in them. So they aren’t asking much, just that Kyle let them finish this chapter in their careers.

Kyle wants The Kingdom to understand, he respects it plenty. Kyle leaves but The Kingdom doesn’t understand what Kyle means by that. Is he going to let Adam Cole win the Dynamite Dozen Battle Royal to go after MJF?

Backstage interview with the Don Callis Family.

Callis is with his Alpha, Konosuke Takeshita, and he explains that Callis is here to do something that he likes better than anything else, and that is talking about Takeshita! Talking about the Alpha! Callis had a front row seat to Konosuke DESTROYING Ricochet at Full Gear, and that made him very happy. And what also makes him happy is thinking of the coming year for The Alpha! They’re rolling into Tokyo Dome and Konosuke’s gonna blow the roof off of it! Then they’ll come back to AEW, and make 2025 the Year of the Don Callis Family, and the Year of the Alpha! Tell ’em, Champ!

Konosuke says in Japanese first that he is going to the Tokyo Dome to conquer it in the name of the Don Callis Family, and then in English, he says he will dominate this ring, this title, and dares anyone to come and take it! Callis repeats, “Come and take it, if you can!” Will The Alpha be ready for whoever it is that wants his gold in the New Year?

The Outrunners VS The Iron Savages w/ Jacked Jameson!

Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd could not take the tag titles at Full Gear, but these throwbacks still have “the stuff!” Will nothing stop the Youngest Men Alive from going for the gold?

Wait, Jacked Jameson has the mic to tell the fat morons and skinny idiots to shut up! There seems to be some confusion about the new Iron Savages’ shirt! They aren’t the meat riders, everyone else is! And that includes “these two spinning idiots!” The Savages will beat them down, put them in their place, and take their spots! Because they are the Iron Savages! Sippin’ sauce, livin’ hoss, and taking all the Low T Meat Riders to #TIDDYCITY! The Outrunners aren’t intimidated and the teams sort out. Truth starts against Beefcake Boulder, and the fans rally up at the bell. Boulder flexes on Truth, but Truth flexes back!

The fans cheer Truth, but Boulder TOSSES him to the corner! Boulder throws ELBOW after ELBOW, then he tags Bronson. Bronson fires body shots and haymakers, then flexes to mock Truth. Bronson ROCKS Truth, tags Boulder, and the Savages mock the spin. Boulder sends Bronson in to SPLASH, then Bronson sends Truth into Boulder’s scoop. SIDEWALK SLAM! Cover, TWO! The fans rally up for Truth but Boulder goes to a corner. The Savages gyrate, and Boulder goes up, but he slips and falls! Truth may have gotten a bit lucky there, but Boulder hurries to tag Bronson. Bronson runs in but Truth dodges!

Bronson hits buckles. Truth hurdles, hot tag to Turbo! Turbo rallies with haymakers on both Savages! Turbo winds up and he ROCKS Boulder! Turbo scoops to SLAM Bronson! And then he scoops and SLAMS Bronson again! Truth becomes the human weapon, SLAM SENTON onto Bronson! Wait, Turbo scoops Boulder!? Boulder’s too much for one man! Boulder grabs both Outrunners, but the Outrunners fight up! The fans cheer as The Outrunners kick, and DOUBLE SCOOP SLAM! The fans fire up and Truth says, “Turbo Floyd! YOU SONOVABISH!” DOUBLE ELBOW DROP! Bronson staggers up into a scoop! TOTAL RECALL!! Cover, Outrunners win!

Winners: The Outrunners, by pinfall

Chicago cheers as the retro filter takes us back to the 1980s while The Outrunners get back on a winning track! But wait! FTR is here! Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler join Truth & Turbo in the ring, and they all HANDSHAKE! The fans cheer as the #TopGuys are happy for their friends, but will either of these teams be headed for the tag titles before Worlds End?

Backstage interview with Max Caster.

Lexy Nair is with Platinum Max and brings up the rather erratic behavior as of late. Yeah, well, Swerve Strickland is crazy! He attacks Caster outta nowhere! He ripped The Best Wrestler Alive jacket! Caster could sue Swerve but that’s not real rap. So Swerve, look in Caster’s eyes. Swerve doesn’t deserve what he’s gotten here in AEW! But here Caster is, giving that “gold toothed b*tch” a chance to take on The Best Wrestler Alive. Caster wants Swerve this Wednesday Night Dynamite! Okay, but then where is the rest of The Acclaimed? Oh, he hasn’t talked to them since Full Gear.  Anthony Bowens was so pissed after he lost that match for them.

Caster told the guys that they could take the week off, it was Thanksgiving after all, and as the leader, Caster knows his guys have his back against Swerve. Swerve, if you’re a real champion, a real rapper, then you’ll accept the challenge and take this ass whooping like a man! And that is a mic drop! Caster heads out, but is he the crazy one thinking he should face The Realest in a match?

Hangman Page VS Wheeler Yuta!

Speaking of crazy, the Blackhat Cowboy was so out of his mind after his loss to Jay White, he decked Christopher Daniels! Not only that, but he more or less handed Christian Cage a cash-in opportunity at the end of Full Gear. The Death Riders do not appreciate this, and so now The Decoder is stepping up. Will Yuta make sure Hangman understands what he’s getting himself into? Or is Hangman going to make Yuta an example to Jon Moxley?

The bell rings and the two circle. They feel things out, Yuta goes for a leg but Hangman HAMMERS away on him for it! Yuta goes to ropes and Hangman backs off. The fans rally as the two reset, and they tie up. Yuta grabs that leg, trips Hangman, but Hangman kicks free. Yuta headlocks, Hangman powers up and out, but Yuta dodges. Yuta leaps but Hangman catches him for a SLAM! Hangman stands Yuta up, bumps him off buckles again and again, and again and again, but stops at the ref’s count of 4. Hangman wants to pull the buckle pad off but the ref says don’t. They argue, but Yuta kicks low!

Yuta whips, Hangman reverses but Yuta grabs ropes. Hangman LARIATS Yuta up and out! The fans fire up and Hangman goes out after Yuta. The fans rally behind Hangman as he fireman’s carries Yuta, SNAKE EYES Off the apron! Yuta staggers around, Hangman storms over, and he CLUBS away on Yuta. Hangman drags Yuta up and SMACKS him off the apron. Yuta staggers, Hangman follows, but Yuta kicks the leg! Yuta pushes Hangman at the ring, but Hangman rebounds to CLOBBER Yuta! Hangman drags Yuta up, puts him in the ring, but Yuta swings! Hangman catches Yuta to a clinch, and BELLY2BELLY! Cover, TWO!

Hangman snarls but he stalks Yuta to a corner. The fans rally up and Hangman stands Yuta up. Hangman CHOPS Yuta down, then tells the ref to back off. Hangman storms over to Yuta at the apron, and he triangle jumps, but Yuta ducks the lariat! CHOP BLOCK! The fans boo but Yuta stomps away on Hangman’s leg. Yuta wraps the leg around ropes and stands on it! The ref counts, Yuta steps off, and then Yuta drags Hangman by his leg. Yuta steps through for a spinning toehold! Then another spinning toehold! Then another! Yuta flexes, the fans boo, but Hangman KICKS at Yuta! The fans rally, but Yuta blocks the kick!

Yuta steps through and has the standing toehold! Hangman kicks at Yuta, gets free, but Yuta is after him in a corner. Yuta CHOPS, and Collision goes picture in picture.

Yuta CHOPS Hangman again, but Hangman scowls. Yuta CHOPS, but Hangman eggs him on! The CHOPS keep going but then Yuta kicks a leg! Yuta trips Hangman, and he fights to turn Hangman over. HALF CRAB! Hangman endures while fans give thumbs down. Hangman crawls his way over, ROPEBREAK! Yuta holds on until the ref counts 4, and mocks Bryan Danielson by saying he has ’til 5. Yuta then storms up on Hangman to ROCK him, BITE him, and then climb up. The fans boo as Yuta mocks the Yes Movement. Yuta rains down fists, but Hangman stops him at 5 to then carry him out! Atomic drop!

Yuta flounders, Hangman storms up, but Yuta has the leg! DRAGON SCREW! Hangman flounders to the apron, but Yuta runs to basement DROPKICK the legs! Yuta cheers himself on and drags Hangman to center. Yuta twists the foot but Hangman kicks at him again and again. Yuta staggers back, Hangman swings, but Yuta dodges! Yuta dodges, catches a haymaker, and wrenches to a RIGHT ANGLE SLAM! Cover, TWO! Hangman goes to a corner, Yuta runs up, but Hangman puts him on the apron! Yuta ROCKS Hangman, climbs up, but Hangman ROCKS Yuta! Hangman climbs up, and he brings Yuta to the top!

Collision returns to single picture as both men are up top! Hangman goes to scoop but Yuta fights! Yuta BITES Hangman’s ear! Yuta hops down, TRIPS Hangman, and Hangman tumbles to the mat! Yuta hurries to flip him into the Tree of Woe! Yuta climbs up to CLUB away on the bad leg! The fans boo and the ref counts, but Yuta stops at 4 to soak up heat. Only for Hangman to SPIDER-GERMAN!! Hangman glares even while upside-down, and he slips free of the Tree. Hangman storms up on Yuta to fire a haymaker! Yuta fires back! They go shot for shot, Hangman gets the edge, then ROLLING ELBOW!

Yuta wobbles, roars, and he trips Hangman! Hangman kicks Yuta away, but Y uta rewinds, into a BOOT! The fans fire up as Hangman goes out to get Yuta up and whip him into railing! The fans fire up for Hangman as he whips Yuta hard into more railing! Yuta writhes and Hangman points to the other side. The fans cheer and Hangman whips again. Yuta reverses, but Hangman reverses back! Yuta hits railing hard! The front row fans love as the railing gets pushed back! Hangman puts Yuta in and fans rally for “Cowboy Sh*t!” Hangman storms up, but Yuta KICKS the bad leg! Yuta runs up, but into a DEATH VALLEY DRIVER! Cover, TWO!

Hangman snarls but wait, here come Pac & Claudio Castagnoli. They walk down the steps in the crowd, but Hangman dares them to bring it on! Yuta rolls Hangman up! TWO!! Hangman escapes, and he POP-UP- NO! Yuta fights the bomb! Hangman blocks a lariat, BOOTS Yuta, but Yuta rewinds! Yuta waistlocks, Hangman throws him off, DISCUS LARIAT! Hangman glares at The Bastard & The Swiss Superman as he goes to the apron, but now Marina Shafir & Jon Moxley have joined them! Hangman slingshots, but his leg buckles! Yuta rolls him, shifts around, SEATBELT! Cover, TWO!!

Hangman scoops Yuta, DEADEYE!! Cover, Hangman wins!!

Winner: Hangman Page, by pinfall

The Death Riders tried to intimidate Hangman into defeat, but that’s not a thing when it comes to Hangman. Moxley simply talks things over with Claudio, perhaps they’re more impressed than anything. Wait, Hangman HAMMERS away on Yuta! Moxley and crew do not even take a step forward!? So Hangman ups the ante by grabbing a chair! Hangman puts that chair around Yuta’s neck! Hangman is going to use something out of the Death Rider playbook, and yet they do not flinch. But here comes Jay White?! The Switchblade has his own beef with the Death Riders, but also with Hangman!

White has a chair, Hangman takes his chair away to run off, so Yuta is saved. But then White clinches Yuta, BLADERUNNER!! Moxley again smirks, perhaps just as impressed with White as he was Hangman. The Death Riders leave Yuta behind, will Yuta understand he is just a pawn? White tells the pawn to tell his king that KING SWITCH is coming for him! Will Jay White soon make The Maniac breathe with the Switchblade?

Thunder Rosa speaks.

La Mera Mera introduces herself and says tonight on Rampage, you will see the best wrestlers of CMLL! Hechicero, Mascara Dorada, Mistico, and many, many more! And, oh, also this girl who thinks she’s part computer. But never mind that. What made Rosa sad is that she keeps seeing people stabbing each other in the back when you think they’re all your friend. Like Mina Shirakawa and Mariah May. And why do they do that? Because they want to “be on top.” They’re hungry for the title. And y’know what? That makes Rosa hungry, too. So after Rosa is done with “Harley-gram,” Rosa will keep a close eye on Mina and Mariah.

Because remember: Rosa was a champion, too! And she beat Mariah May! Winter is Coming, but La Mera Mera NEVER left. Will the Thunder rumble up to whoever survives the cold?

Backstage interview with Hangman Page.

Lexy catches the Cowboy as he makes his way to the locker room, and she brings up that while he got a win on Yuta, his bigger issues seem to be with The Death Riders and Jay White. Hangman gets mad now, and says he doesn’t know who told her there would be an interview, but there’s not. Hangman storms off but Christopher Daniels finds him. The Fallen Angel says he’s been looking for Hangman. Daniels was going to fine Hangman for that shot at Full Gear, but he wants to talk not as an EVP but as a wrestler, as someone who has known Hangman for 15 years. Someone that cares about Hangman!

This thirst for vengeance is not fueling Hangman, it is poisoning him! It is taking him away from his true goals. And this stuff in the past, if Hangman could just let it go, he’d not only be the leader AEW needs, but the man that Hangman should be. Hangman says Daniels does NOT tell Hangman who can be or who he is, because he knows damn well who he is! If what happened to Hangman happened to Daniels, Daniels would feel exactly the same! Any man would! And the last thing Hangman needs right now is advice from an old man like Daniels. Hangman storms off, his anger only growing worse. But will nothing but that AEW World Championship bring him peace?

Mina Shirakawa VS Leila Grey!

We heard both sides of the tragic romance, and the title match is made for December 11th. Will the Fighting Gravure Idol be red hot for Winter is Coming? Or will the Top Flight Attendant look to earn her own trip to the title scene?

The bell rings and the two circle. They feel things out, tie up, and Leila waistlocks. Mina wrenches out, wristlocks, but Leila rolls and wrenches back. Leila headlocks, Mina powers up and brings Leila down. Mina headlocks, then spins around to SOBAT! Mina runs, ducks ‘n’ dodges, then slides to pose! The fans cheer but Leila is annoyed. Leila KICKS Mina in the back, then runs, but Mina trips her up! Mina KICKS Leila in the back, and the fans cheer! Leila storms up on Mina and throws a forearm! Mina fires back, and now the forearms fly! Mina has the edge, then winds up to ROCK Leila! Leila staggers, Mina whips.

Leila reverses and runs up but Mina dodges in the corner. Mina ROCKS Leila, goes in and up, FLYING CHUCK! Then NECKBREAKER DROP! Cover, ONE!! Leila shows some grit but Mina is still having fun. The fans rally up and Mina runs corner to corner. Leila dodges and Mina hits buckles! Leila SHINING WIZARDS, then brings Mina out for a snap suplex! Roll back and underhook, but Mina fights the butterfly! Mina wrenches out, Leila ducks the kick! Leila shoves, Mina dodges a kick to URAKEN! Cover, TWO! Leila toughs it out again and Mina is frustrated, but the fans rally up again. Mina storms up on Leila and dragon sleepers!

Mina drags Leile up, but Leila fights free of the inverted suplex! Roll-up, TWO! Mina runs, Leila trips, jackknife bridge! TWO, and Mina ROLLING ELBOWS! Leila falls, Mina goes up a corner, but Leila rises at the ropes. Mina leaps to FLYING SLINGBLADE! The fans fire up and Mina has Leila in the dragon sleeper! GLORIOUS DRIVER MINA! Cover, Mina wins!

Winner: Mina Shirakawa, by pinfall

Winter is Coming for AEW, and Mina is coming for Mariah’s head! Will the Glamour’s gold soon belong to the Fighting Gravure Idol?

BREAKING NEWS for next week’s Collision!

Collision returns to its usual time as AEW arrives in Columbus, Ohio, and the WrestleDynasty International Women’s Cup Qualifiers continue! Willow Nightingale and Serena Deeb will battle it out, who moves on to face Jamie Hayter at Collision’s own Winter is Coming?

Backstage interview with Willow Nightingale.

Lexy Nair is with the Babe with the Power, and we saw her help Orange Cassidy against The Death Riders. What is her sights set on now? Well, it is always great to help a friend in need. But now she is going to pivot her focus and saw all that about WrestleDynasty, International Women’s Cup, Tokyo Dome! It just feels right to represent AEW there. And most recently, she was CMLL Women’s Champion. She was the first woman to defend the TBS Championship overseas in Stardom. And of course, she was the inaugural NJPW Strong Women’s Champion. So you can already call her the Global Ambassador of AEW, or even an international superstar!

But you cannot call her an International Women’s Cup winner unless she wins these qualifiers. So that might feel right in her heart but it also felt right that Cassidy should be AEW World Champion, and that Ishii should be ROH World Champion. Those things didn’t happen. So after a month away, Willow has to make the dream happen. She’ll put her head down, get back to work, put on this lovely smile, and make the dream happen! Will Willow power her way through The Professor and the Hayter until she’s the one going to the Tokyo Dome?

New York, make your holidays All Elite!

Tickets on sale now, get you and yours the gift of a three-day weekend of All Elite Wrestling!

BREAKING NEWS for Dynamite!

Wednesday, December 4th, Jay White will have his own fight against The Death Riders when he takes on Pac! Will The Bastard be one to Breathe with The Switchblade? And the Continental Classic of course continues with perhaps the hardest hitting match-up yet: Brody King VS Claudio Castagnoli! Will the King of Death bring the Swiss Superman back down to Earth?

BREAKING NEWS for Winter is Coming!

Well, win, lose or draw, Claudio and Brody King are going to keep up the heat as Claudio will take on Will Ospreay and Brody will take on Ricochet! The Continental Classic is only heating up, but who will blaze their trail to Worlds End?

AEW Continental Classic, Blue League: Kazuchika Okada VS Daniel Garcia!

Being the second C2, this is a very special match. Not only is it the first time THE Continental Champion competes in the round robin that determines if he stays champion, but he’s facing a fellow champion! Red Death is the NEW TNT Champion after defeating Jack Perry, will he get another big win here tonight? Or will Okada prove he is still The Rainmaker that won G1 after G1?

The bell rings and the fans rally up as the two circle. They knuckle lock, then Okada shoots in for a waistlock. Garcia wrenches and hammerlocks, but Okada slips around to hammerlock back. Garcia headlocks but Okada cranks the arm. Garcia still headlocks, then slips his hand free to have the hold on tight. Okada rolls but Garcia holds on. The fans rally up as Okada stands, and Okada fires body shots. Okada powers up and out, but Garcia RAMS him! Neither man falls and the fans are dueling as Okada brushes himself off. Garcia runs, RAMS Okada again, but Okada still doesn’t fall. Garcia fires a flurry of forearms!

Okada fires up and he UPPERCUTS, but into a backslide! TWO, and Okada storms up. Garcia drop toeholds, Oklahoma Roll, TWO! Trip and ghost pin, TWO!! The fans fire up while both men are down. Okada stalks Garcia now, and he drags Garcia up. Okada turns Garcia for a NECKBREAKER! Cover, ONE!! Garcia is tougher than that but Okada stays cool. Okada CLUBS Garcia, and Garcia goes to a corner.

Okada is after Garcia, whips him corner to corner, then runs up to ELBOW! Garcia staggers and falls, but Okada is cool as ice. Okada paces, scuffs Garcia, and he taunts Garcia a bit. Okada kicks Garcia, but Garcia rises to fire forearms! Okada just leans into the shots! Then he UPPERCUTS Garcia back down! Collision returns to single picture while the fans rally up. Okada drags Garcia to his feet, scoops and SLAMS, then SENTON FLOPS! Okada tried changing the formula and pays for it! The fans rally again as Garcia drags himself up, only for Okada to CLUB him down! Okada then scoops Garcia to SLAM him again!

Garcia goes out to the apron, and slingshot SENTON, but he has to roll through as Garcia moves! Garcia blocks punches to give punches again and again, then whips. Okada reverses then dodges a lariat! Garcia ducks the lariat to have a SLEEPER! Garcia squeezes tight, sits Okada down, and runs to PENALTY KICK! Cover, TWO! Okada survives the shoutout to Shibata but Garcia grits his teeth. Garcia drags Okada by his legs, steps through, and has the DRAGON TAMER!!

Okada endures, flails, and has the ROPEBREAK quick! Garcia lets go and Okada bails out. The fans rally as Garcia goes out and CLUBS Okada! Garcia makes Okada take a seat in the corner, and then he climbs up to rain down fists! The fans count along, and Garcia goes to nine, puts up the fists, and then hits TEN! The fans cheer and Garcia goes to the far side. Garcia runs back in, flipping those middle fingers before he SHOTGUNS Okada down! The ref checks Okada as he clutches an arm. Garcia wants after Okada but the ref has him hold on. Okada says to get the medic so the ref hurries away. But Okada grabs a chair! Okada JAMS Garcia up!!

The fans boo as Okada says he’s okay now. The ref isn’t sure what that’s about, but Okada hits a DDT to the floor! Okada grins, laughs, even blows a kiss to the camera, and Collision goes picture in picture.

Garcia rushes outside to kick Okada and put him back in the ring. Garcia runs corner to corner, but Okada pops him up! REVERSE NECKBREAKER! Cover, TWO!!

Okada endures, reaches out, crawls forward, but Garcia TWISTS the foot! Okada flails, reaches, and has the ROPEBREAK! The ref counts, Garcia lets go and runs to DROPKICK Okada! The fans fire up with Garcia as he runs again, but into Okada’s DROP- NO! Garcia catches the legs!

Okada kicks free but Garcia comes back to CHOP, CHOP, CHOP! Garcia winds up, Okada spins him, but Garcia flips Okada! Okada cradle counters, TWO!! Garcia stands, ducks a lariat, but then Okada ducks one! Both men come back, DOUBLE LARIATS collide! The fans fire up again while both men are down! “This is Awesome!” as a standing count begins! Okada sits up, Garcia stirs, but Okada drags him up. Okada brings Garcia around to short arm LARIAT! The fans rally but Okada stands Garcia up again. Garcia ducks the lariat but not the DROPKICK! Okada scoops Garcia to MICHINOKU DRIVER! And then the ripcord! RAIN- NO, Garcia body scissors Okada!

Garcia has Okada’s legs, steps through, DRAGON TAMER!!! And we have one minute left?! Okada endures, fights around, reaches out, but Garcia drags him back! Garcia sits deep!! Okada endures even more pain, but he flails and claws at the mat! Okada crawls but Garcia sits DEEP! Okada bites his hand to ignore the pain! Time is running out! TIME IS UP!!! It’s a DRAW!!

Time Limit Draw; both men earn 1 point

Chicago cannot believe it! Garcia could not beat Okada in under 20 minutes, but he surely had Okada beat all the same! But Chicago shows respect by applauding both men as they both stand up. Okada offers a handshake, does he mean it this time? Garcia accepts, but then Okada flips him off! Well, of course that’s how it goes. But if this is how hard they had to fight and only got a draw, how much harder must both Okada and Garcia fight to take the Blue League?

My Thoughts:

A great Collision, even for being prerecorded. And for some reason, more matches here than Dynamite, but Mina Shirakawa was of course beating Leila Grey and The Outrunners were of course beating The Iron Savages. Good promo from Mariah May to put her spin on the build to her match with Mina, and even a nod to Mina hanging out with Toni Storm. I would think Mariah wins at Winter is Coming so that Worlds End can perhaps be Mariah VS a returning Toni Storm, who might not even be Timeless but back to rockstar Toni. FTR showing up to hang out with Outrunners was find, but kind of filler if there wasn’t something more than the handshake.

Very good promo from Caster to not only put his own spin on everything that’s happened while also putting himself over as the apparent leader of The Acclaimed. You can bet Bowens & Billy will have something to say on Dynamite right before Caster has his match with Swerve, and all this just adds to Caster ditching Bowens for The Hurt Syndicate. Good promo from Anna Jay, but I feel like that while she clearly wants Mercedes Mone and the TBS Champion, The Vendetta is going to get in the way, maybe striking a business deal with The CEO for protection. After all, Kamille quit so Mone’s gonna need new bodyguards.

Good promo from Rosa to hype up both tonight’s Lucha Libre Rampage, which includes her match with Harley Cameron, while also throwing her name into the hat for the world title match. Maybe we get both Storm and Rosa going for the title at Worlds End, or maybe it’s Rosa while Storm waits it out until 2025. To be fair, Storm could wait because then she can challenge for the title at Grand Slam: Australia. And good promo from Willow to hype up her part in the International Women’s Cup. Willow VS Deeb feels like a toss up, but I’m leaning towards Willow. She should make it to WrestleDynasty for the reasons she gave, especially when you consider Julia Hart is calling out Jamie Hayter with her spooky vignettes.

Good promo from The Kingdom and Kyle O’Reilly, but I’m pretty sure Kyle is not throwing the match for Cole’s sake. Kyle and Cole will probably be the last two in the battle royal, and if Cole is going to win, he’ll have to be vicious to do it because Kyle is so tough. I still feel Cole and MJF should fight for the diamond ring so that the ring becomes the new physical object of their grudge, but they might use Kyle VS MJF to further delay Cole VS MJF so it can happen for Worlds End. I believe that would put their match on the anniversary of when Cole started the “Who is the new Devil of AEW?” story with Face MJF, so it would be a fitting stage for this new chapter.

Very good promo from Callis and Konosuke to hype up the Tokyo Dome shows, which as it stands, we’ll get Konosuke VS Takagi in a Champion VS Champion showdown, no idea if it’ll be for a title, both titles, or just pride between AEW and NJPW. And of course, great stuff in the Continental Classic matches. Ospreay VS Juice was a great opener, and Juice looked good, but of course Ospreay won here to get his first three points. The same goes for Fletcher VS Mortos, as Mortos looked great even though he lost. Then we got an awesome main event, and I love that Okada VS Garcia went to a draw. Neither champion could really lose without owing a title match after the tournament, and this really adds some drama to the standings.

My Score: 8.9/10
