Chris King gives his insight on how WWE should have utilized The Fiend, by attacking Stone Cold Steve Austin or The Undertaker on this week’s Raw or SmackDown Live.

Over the past few months, no Legend has been safe from the psychotic and vindictive Fiend Kurt Angle, Mick Foley, and Jerry “The King” Lawler have all been added to the list of his victims.

Ahead of this Monday night, Bray Wyatt teased an interaction with “The Texas Rattlesnake” but it never happened.

Most of the WWE Universe would argue that Austin’s character still needs to be protected but I strongly disagree. Having Wyatt attack one of the biggest “Icons” of the Attitude Era, would have given The Fiend a gigantic amount of momentum.

So no Austin alright I can deal with that. Well, Wyatt has had a history with The Undertaker maybe he’ll sick The Fiend to seek revenge on The Deadman. What does WWE do, they have The Critic of the Critics Sami Zayn interrupt The Undertaker.

They could have easily had The Deadman deliver the same promo on his illustrious thirty-year career, and just when he’s about to leave the lights go out and The Fiend appears.

Unlike all his other attacks, Wyatt and Taker would have a stare-off, then The Fiend would viciously attack him. The Undertaker would try to defend himself, but Wyatt is way dangerous this time around. To make an exclamation point on his relentlessness Wyatt would snap The Deadman’s ala Finn Balor.

The WWE Universe would have been completely shocked and it would have accomplished two things: this would have started a feud building up to WrestleMania for Wyatt to get his win back, and it would have solidified The Fiend as the next true “monster” in WWE.

Wyatt instead has his focus on the Universal Championship match, and who he will be facing at the Hell in the Cell pay-per-view next month. One has to ponder, why WWE didn’t allow The Fiend to strike and attack either one of these Legends? What are your thoughts on this situation?
