As we have reported Brock Lesnar has signed a new deal. Also stated earlier today Vince gave Lesnar most of the terms he requested, including having Heyman as his manager. What we haven’t found out yet is, how long?
We have conflicting reports as to how long the contract is for Lesnar and WWE. Steven Muehlhausen of Sporting News has reported “a multi year deal that allows for a UFC fight. You can see his tweet below:
EXCLUSIVE: Well, Vince McMahon broke part of the news I had. Indeed, Brock Lesnar has resigned with WWE. But, from what I have been told by multiple sources, Lesnar signed a new multi-year deal AND will also be allowed to fight in the UFC as hes still under UFC contract.

Dave Meltzer however is currently saying the opposite. Meltzer says that sources close to the situation have described Lesnar’s contract as a “short-term deal”. This would allow for “one more match and an extra tv appearance.”
I firmly believe Lesnar wants his cake and eat it too. Lesnar still had a 6 month suspension to uphold, in which he needs clean drug tests. I believe he will fight a UFC fight if he can stay clean but I doubt his deal with WWE is only one match. Otherwise I don’t believe you have him defeat Reigns like he did.
